I have a partial disability, and it makes longer drives hard for me, but I sometimes need to do them for work. I normally just get a ride, but I like having independence. This has helped me SO MUCH! It has heating when needed, but the massage and compressions help a lot make my body move without having to get up and actually move myself. I will need to get some kind of thin padding like a blanket or something for it, there is a panel on the lower back and a generally flat piece where you sit that contributes to my pain, so there isn't any padding built into it, but for all that it does when it helps on my drives, it's great! Two things I wish this had/things I'll be adding to it to make it more functional for me: - Some kind of thin padding to protect my back and butt from the stiff mechanisms inside the seat. - Little dots I can feel on top of all the buttons on the remote so I can tell what everything is without having to look down from the road. I kind of wish when you power it up that it didn't start with everything, I find that I don't like the vibration setting and I get too overstimulated with it, so I immediately turn it off. If it allowed me to select and turn on only what I wanted from the start it would be that much better. Otherwise this thing is great and I love it! The car power even has other USB slots since it takes up the entire plug port (and my car only has one).

My husband ordered this massager cushion and it arrived in good condition two last days later. The package comes with two adapters (home and car adapter), it could be used at home and car！We placed in our office chair, and found it fits the chair very well. This massager pad is with a handle controller, via pressing the button on it, we could find the best air compression intensity and massager areas like ！The optional heating and vibration on the two sides are nice！Really pain great relief massager, I feel getting a noticeable relaxation after using it! My husband took it on our car seat and tried it on the way to the company, It works great to relieve the stress and pain after a long trip. By the way, the timer for 20 minutes is helpful and safe! what makes us surprise is that the company mail us to note that this back massager comes with a 2-year warranty which was easy to activate, just contact them! We feel so secure to make this purchase and believe that this was the best investment this year! Overall, great experience!

Purchase this to take a long car trip with a bad back. Plugged it into the cigarette lighter, and it worked all the way on my hour trip . Plugged it in for the return trip home and it would not work! Plugged it in at home in the wall... It worked. Tried again in a different car with the plug not the cigarette lighter...Nothing! Basically I paid for an hour massage and this was not a happy ending.

I ordered 2 of the same but, 2 different ones delivered both I gave as gifts with out knowing difference the one that with remote is excellent first massage that has nice level to work sciatica the one just had an on switch that pressure and area could not be controlled that one was of money . So watch what you purchase and get

I am 70 years old and have neck and back pain. Sometimes I have to spend money to get massages, my doctor advised me to do more exercise, I workout 3 days a week! Before going to bed, I use 20 minutes on this massager, it works very well for reducing back and neck soreness. There are many different settings, the neck pillow is adjustable, I'm 5'5", and I adjusted the neck to the lowest setting to fit! The heat on my lower back feels wonderful and helps a lot with relaxation. I actually love the air compression cushion system. The air support for the neck, back, and buttocks works like a real massage to relieve the tight muscles! For $100, this good product save me money in the long term, By the way, for whatever reason, you do not like it, you could always return or change it easily via amazon or contact the seller support team. This one is my most satisfying purchase ever!
