As my photo shows, the purple color is pretty accurate to the product photo. However, the velvety material makes the color look different in every light. In direct light, the ottoman looks bright purple, but in dim or indirect light, it looks dark plum. Either way, I love the color and the bench. I bought this for toy storage in my daughters’ room. I had their toys in two of those 65 quart clear plastic storage bins. I was able to fit the contents of both bins into this large ottoman. I’m not saying that’s an exact capacity measurement, I’m just saying it holds a whole lot. I have mine under a window and it makes a cute makeshift window seat. My only complaint is that it's hard to move. Handles on the side would have made this perfect.

Just got this today and I am loving it. It's very spacey. I threw a couple of 18 x 18 pillows to give you perspective of the size. I bought this to store some blankets and pillows. I'm 130 and am able to sit on it. I wouldn't suggest having two ppl sit on it- just to be on the safe side. I also purchased the small one as a footrest for the hubby. We'll see how it holds up as a footrest.

I am very pleased with the look of this storage ottoman. The purple color is a truly purple hue, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The storage capacity is great; it holds my file folders & binders perfectly. I have a small living space and nowhere to keep my personal & business papers and such. Now they are tucked away in a good looking, functional piece of furniture. I highly recommend this company & their products. Put it together in less than a minute; a lovely way to declutter and organize. Bravo!

I bought this to store stuffed animals in my daughter's room. She loves that she can easily access all of her stuffies to play with, and that she has a cute little seating area. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is, and the padded top. The fabric is soft and such a pretty color. Very happy with this purchase and will likely buy more in other colors for different areas in our home.

So far so good. I use it at the foot of my bed so my senior dog doesn't have to jump so high and it seems to be working as planned. I decided on this rather than steps, as this serves second purpose as added linen storage. It does slip a little and I may put some old photo albums (heavy books) inside it to stabilize it some more, otherwise it's good.

This storage bench doubles perfectly as a cute toy box. My daughter (3) absolutely loves hers. It was easy to pop open, and the whole thing is super sturdy. We both sit and read books, and she jumps all over it, and its held up great (so far 😝)! Definitely worth the purchase, super cute, and soft. Big enough to store plenty of items but small enough to not take up a lot of space. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon, hands down.

Color me impressed. I was expecting something cheap, frankly. But boy, was I wrong. This bench is just what my daughter needed in her room. She can easily access her things, and the bench is perfect for me to sit on while reading her bedtime stories. We love it so much we ordered a 2nd for our room. Added bonus, the 4 lb. dog can use it to jump up on our raised bed. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
