Short version: If you need just the right back and neck support this is the chair for you. I have back pain and chairs with quality lower back support are a must. This office chair is fantastic for my back. It has just the perfect ergonomic shape and the lumber support is adjustable to just the right position. The entire back of the chair can also easily be raised and lowered relative to the seat so it was easy to adjust to fit my back perfectly. The head/neck support can also be adjusted up, down, or tilted. The seat cushion is firm but not so hard as to be uncomfortable over time. I also like that the back of the chair is relatively upright so that it actually supports my back when I'm in my normal typing position. Finally, the tilt can be locked the chair back stays upright even if you lean against it. The armrests are also completely adjustable for the desired arm support. They can be move up / down, forward / back, in / out and rotated slightly. Also the chair is quiet; there are no squeaks (so far) like my last chair. Positives: Assembling this chair was very easy and it is sturdy and comfortable. Good support and breath-ability in the back. Negatives: I'm not a fan of the rotating arm rests (too easy to move them by accident and they are loose when in place). Also, I think the back portion could use better internal parts to ensure it holds in place when adjusting the height better. ... show more

Instructions and assembly were super easy to follow. Personally, I need more back support so an extra pillow or something will make this even better. Would buy again and recommend. Instructions say good for up to 300lbs and the Armrest and the seat are adjustable.
