I have had other brands that say they are noise canceling and they are not but these!!! They cancel all the noise out. I can walk around the house in peace listening to music and not listen to anyone in the house lol 😂. The are easy to connect to your phone, or tv (all I’ve tried) the battery life is amazing, better then any past earbuds I’ve had. The clarity is high level.     • Excellent headphones, but who designed the bizarre gestures?

Overall, these earbuds are excellent, and they are an amazing value compared to other options out there. The biggest issue I have is the gestures. I don't find one tap play/pause to be useful, since they have in-ear detection tied to that already. What I do wish was more convenient is gestures for changing the volume, but some madman decided the best gesture for that is to frantically tap one ear or the other repeatedly. IT TAKES 4 REPEATED TAPS for one single up or down. And they offer some configuration, but it is severely limited. Just two themes - playback or cancellation. Please, give us the options from Inzone Buds! My only other minor gripe is that the plastic is very smooth and slippery, so sometimes they can be hard to grip without dropping. A matte texture instead of gloss would be better. Other than that, I love them. The battery life is amazing. In my use, it has been better than what they claim. They are missing some of the fancy features from their more expensive earbuds, but the tradeoff is better battery life. I'll gladly take that! The noise cancellation is quite good, as is the sound in general. I'm happy with them listening to music or movies. I haven't ever used them for any calls, so I don't know how well the mic works. They fit in my ears quite well, and they come with a few different tips for different size ears. The main piece just rests inside the outer part of your ear and is held in by the rubber tip. I haven't tried, but I don't think these would work well for activities like running, as they don't have anything else holding them in place. When stationary or walking, I have had no issues. They also sit flush enough for me that I can pull a hoodie over my head without knocking them out. ... show more

These are great headphones. Some of the best sound quality I've ever had in wireless earbuds. they're comfortable (default silocone plugs are a little small but they come with other sizes), the sound is high quality balanced and crisp, and they fit the ear enough I can use them in bed despite not being a sleepbuds. They noise canceling features are great too, they let you cut out like 90% of all noise around you or with just a tap let you hear everything that's going on around you (up to a certain range, I found using this feature outdoors had diminishing effect after about 20 feat). There is one negative though, the way you connect these to a device is pretty asinine/un-intuitive. You have to hold the pairing button down for like a full 45 seconds AFTER opening the lid and then removing and them placing the ear buds back into there slots, not doing this will not activate the Bluetooth feature correctly. This is such an odd and stupid connection method I'm honestly not sure if mine are just slightly defective, but I found another video on YouTube of someone else having to do the same thing so I don't think so. These headphones also never remember devices so you have to manually reconnect them every time which is a positive to some but a negative to others. That being said, for the price the actual audio and build quality are extremely high so I can overlook the odd and slightly annoying pairing functionality. Great earbuds overall. ... show more

I ordered Sony WF-C710N Truly Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds. Upon arrival of the package, I was concerned. The secondary shipper had been pushed in, such that the manufacturer's package was visible and accessible. Because of this I took photos during unboxing. As mentioned above, the secondary shipper had been compromised. The manufacturer's primary packaging showed evidence of being previously opened and taped closed. As I opened the primary packaging, it was clear that the interlocking tabs had been torn. Further, the product overwrap's glue seal had been broken as well as slit. Upon opening the charging case, the ear bud tips were contaminated with foreign matter. It's possible that the foreign matter was earwax. I returned the items and provided an explanation similar to what I've written here. I persisted and found an option to engage in live chat, and through that process, I was told that the manufacturer, Sony, controlled the inventory. I was also offered a 10% discount on reordering the same product, which I accepted. I'm disappointed I was sent a previously opened package, which appears to have been previously used. Amazon seems to indicate this was not within their control (i.e. the manufacturer, Sony, controlled the inventory). ... show more
