    • You can not use this to talk to other players.
You use this microphone to talk to the PS4. You can tell it to play a game or turn off. Those type of commands, I just wanted people to be aware of what they’re buying.

If you need an earphone but want to keep one ear open to monitor the house or your kids while playing games on your PS 5, this is for you. However, they will not last long as the construction is fragile and shoddy. Expect to replace them every couple of months.

    • My Favorite Headset for Voice Chat Since the PS4!
This thing is perfect, especially on the PS5! Plugs into your port on the bottom of your controller and can be muted either by the PS5 controller button or with a switch near the speaker. Game sounds come from the TV, voice chat in your ear, its nice and easy and always my go to for parties.

    • This headset was defective and caused microphone distortion to people I was playing with
First review: I got this headset because I needed a microphone that would work in a pinch for gaming on PS5. The first one I bought worked like a charm, lasted a long time, had decent durability, and was easy to carry around. The second one, however, is defective. There seems to be a shortage in the plug that causes insane amounts of static to anyone listening to me, and people can literally hear themselves talking through my mic pieces. It also regurgitates sound to the point where it deafens people. Replacement Review: I got a replacement through amazon because the first earbud microphone was impossible to use on ps5, the feedback loop was so bad that it actually hurt people's ears. So, yeah, I got a replacement and it has the exact same problem. This product isn't made the way it used to be made. 0/10, DO NOT BUY IT if you're on a playstation 5 or ps4, because I tested it on ps4 and it has the same problem with the microphone feedback. ... show more

If you’re looking for the highest quality audio look elsewhere but if you need an inexpensive earpiece look no further. I use an Arctis Steelseries 7P+ headset for my PS5 and PC but sometimes I don’t feel like wearing a headset. This is the perfect solution for voice chat while listening to the game through your speakers. It works on both PC and PS5 as well. Audio quality is solid and the build quality is exactly the same as the original that came with the PS4 (For better or worse) ... show more
