Absolute waste of time and money. Unit will not read discs until they are inserted / ejected several times. Games often freeze and are literally unplayable. This isn’t refurbished- this is junk, old worthless junk. Save your money.

came a just bit dusty, it works and turns on well, sadly I don’t get to play it because they gave me a PS4 charger instead of the PS3. I don’t know how that is even possible to mix up they are extremely different, it’s just annoying because every PlayStation has a specific charger that only works for each said console. So my other usb chargers won’t work. Everything was amazing until it didn’t come with a charger so I can’t set it up just yet. I’d recommend buying a ps3 charger with it just in case this happens to you. I replaced my ps3 because it would not read disc. I unplugged old console and plugged this new one in and disc now works but when I try to go to PlayStation Store to download games, it does not work. Keeps saying need update. I evidently cannot find correct file as when I try to download file google says will fix this, it does not take the file. So now I am able to play discs I have and save games but I cannot get internet connection. I feel seller should have made this known before I bought this and already had file downloaded to this refurbished system or instructions for correct download file so internet access can be enabled. VERY disappointed. Plus side, I was very pleased with how ps3 was packaged and delivery was fast via seller. ... show more
