I have a desk that moves up and down electronically. A few years ago it got stuck in the standing position. That's ok when I'm standing, but when I needed to sit it was a pain. I use a tall drafting chair to sit on with a box to elevate my feet when I sat. I've been through four boxes, and my last two became the victim of my young German Shepherd. I can't believe I waited this long to buy a stool for my feet to rest on! This was the perfect height. And the bonuses are that it's nice looking and has extra storage, which always comes in handy!

Both of this and the long ottoman are supposed to share same depth. 15" or 16"? They do not lol. The long Ottomans are a tiny bit wider in depth. Maybe because of the tops. Still love it.

Bought for my husband to kick his feet up at his desk. The feet tend to twist but gravity pretty much prevents them from falling off. He stores all his unused cables in it so that's nice. He did mention that there's a hard insert in the lid that tends to fall down and make the lid less stable...Not sure what he means by that tbh.

The legs do not hold and over time fall through into the box. Very week. I had to pivot the angle of the legs to accommodate the weight of the items inside that was not so heavy at all. Would not buy again.
