Perfect bed frame. I will say that if you plan to move in the future it’s hard to just take apart and it seems that it would be hectic to move, but that’s the only flaw in my opinion.

The bed frame came exactly as described and is beautiful! My husband basically put this together by himself and was able to complete it fairly quickly. The frame is sturdy and looks high quality. I love that it looks as if to be lower to the ground but actually still has plenty of room for storage under the bed. The color is PERFECT and could really match any decor.

if I could give zero stars for this, I would. absolutely awful and such a cheaply built bed frame. generally, bed frames aren’t built too well these days but this is by far the worst bed frame i’ve ever tried. we were so excited to try this cute bed frame out but the middle foundation collapsed on the first night we got it! then amazon tells us that we have to disassemble it and drop off at ups by ourselves? horrible customer service. do NOT buy a bed frame from amazon unless it has at least 10k reviews and 5 stars. I regret I even tried giving this frame a chance. plus, the assembly was too long.

This was not easy to assemble. I'm pretty handy but it took me hours. The cam bolts provided didn't function correctly (a couple broke) so I'm praying they hold the headboard on. It was also very difficult to attach the side rails. When the bed was finally all put together, it looks very nice. I really the overall look, but it's not stable. I feel like it might be more stable on carpet but we have hardwood floors. I would also suggest letting the assembled frame air out for at least 24 hrs with the windows open. There was a very strong odor probably because it was confined to a box in a warehouse. I'm not sure if it was the wood or the stain but it gave us a headache. Within 2 days we ended up ordering an additional metal bed frame to sit underneath this bed to give it full structural support. I also added non skid rubber coasters under all the legs to keep it from sliding on the wood floors. It's now very stable, but we had to spend the extra money on the metal frame and coaster to make it workable.

I put this bed together with my 12 year old and it took us about three hours. The directions were clear enough to follow. What really helped is that all of the screw bags were labeled with the matching letters to the directions so locating and attaching was a breeze. There were one or two times that the drawing was not clear enough to discern what needed to be done, but it worked out. After assembly was complete, I was nervous to lay on the bed, but it is sturdy and the bed is surprisingly heavy. I would not suggest playing on this bed because if someone falls too hard, the plats holding the mattress will snap - those could bebe of a better wood quality in my opinion. If desired, a box spring can be used in addition to the mattress, but is not necessary. The LED lights are bright and easy to control, but due to the design of the cord, it does not align along the headboard the way I thought - it is a little awkward but unnoticeable for anyone other than the person putting it together- though a minute detail, it mattered to me. The clips to hang the cord along the underside of the headboard were very useful, but more of those clips may be needed depending on how much of the cord you don’t want to hang - the good thing is that the cord is invisible from the front of the bed unless someone is looking for it. In addition to the charging function on the headboard, there is also a nice amount of space to keep a book or notebook - stacked not standing, a cup (I won’t suggest) or just some miscellaneous items one may like to keep close. One thing I would have liked is for this bed to been a few inches taller, we lost some ‘under-bed’ storage with this bed - still the actual bed was a nice up-grade.
