Only used once and then it lost all pressure and the center cylinder came apart. Called the vendor and they confrim their return policy is only up to 30 days and if I wanted to return it to the vendor FEDEX said it would cost around $150. SMH. Over hunder bucks down the drain.

We ordered a new backpack sprayer for personal use. We have used this brand before and have been happy with the quality so when it finally gave out, we decided to order a new one. I am disappointed in the quality this time. It seemed to be packaged like it had been used before. As you can see in the picture, the logo is already wearing off and parts of it was already assembled with a random nut and bolt floating around the box - unpackaged. Additionally, the sprayer is covered in black soot. I gave it three stars because my assumption is that it will still work, just wondering if this was really "new". ... show more

Update: Original statement still stands, however my issue is with Solo and not the seller so I upgraded the stars from 2stars to 5stars. Pest Tech: The straps attachment engineering is poor enough that the hooks have to be reset every time you pick the backpack up. Taking the hooks off and tying the straps to the tank stand is the only way with these straps until Solo makes them custom fit their tank stands. The hooks aren't the problem; the tank stand dimensions, angle, and surface area are the issue causing the hooks to awkwardly attach. The 5 gallon capacity allows your whole hand in the tank for scrub cleaning, foldable pump handle is ideal for a couple of reasons, and the pump works beautifully. This larger size backpack is better for deep woods sites. The bolts on the handle keep falling off though.
