The instructions were great. However when it came to putting the top half and the bottom half together they holes did not line up. I called help support for chair and never NEVER heard back. I had to have a neighbor come over and drill more holes into the chair so that I could assemble the chair. Now its together. The only thing is that the chair is a little wobbly. Nice chair once I was able to fabricate in my wood shop some manufactured errors in the parts supplied. It's a bugger to assemble. Quality is good if your willing to do some side engineering. I'd not purchase it again. Next time buy one assembled.

We purchased this chair for our living room for use by my wife who has back posture problems. This chair has quality wooden parts and the cushions are firm yet comfortable. It did take me 3 hours to assemble. There is a sideways movement that I don't like, which caused a 4 instead of 5.
