What I love: Love that the Hotwheels Toy Car Track Set is tall and the perfect size for my 4yo son. It keeps him quite busy and entertained :-). This was a great buy! Assembly tips: Assembly was not quick - took maybe just over an hour. Unfortunately, when you connect parts they snap in place with the idea of never coming apart. How to connect isn't always clear given several parts look the same. I mistakenly put one part together and had to pry it apart to put the correct pieces of the track together. Take your time during assembly so you avoid that mistake. Durability: We've had the track set for 4 months and it has held up with the exception of my son jumping on it and breaking a piece off that I've not been able to reassemble just yet. But under normal use this should be a durable toy station. ... show more

Very pleased with this item. It arrived on time, undamaged, it works well and my son loves it! We used to have a different version of hotwheel tracks before, but that took up a lot of space and we had to donate it. My kids love it. They have a blast watching the Trex chase the cars on the way dow. Plus all the extra storage. Its all kenetic so no batteries. Easy to put together. The letters for what part goes where are stammped in the mold of the track or structure.

    • Tons of fun, but came missing a piece!
My 3 year old loves this track and it stores all of his cars as well! Pros are: Shock value to kids when the dino crashes and chomps. Very fun racing action. Car storage built-in. Cons are: It's incredibly noisy when the dinosaur crashes down. Seriously, the flywheel mechanism or whatever is obscenely loud to the point of animals running all over the house to escape. Mine came with a missing dino leg, luckily it was the one that doesn't matter to functionality. The car "storage" isn't easy to use at all for kids or adults. The track tends to come apart very easily where the curved ramps meet the solid deck parts. A significant number of cars outright will not go down the tracks due to either being too tall OR too wide in the curved sections. Many cars either jam or stall out around the curves and have to be manually removed or nudged until the next section. Overall, it's a great toy for the price and I think my son will have a few years of enjoyment from it despite the flaws! ... show more
