Took a little over an hour to install by a 74 year old married couple, very smooth installation. If you're considering it, go for it. We used ratchet straps to support the frame, took the tube loose on each end, dropped it and slid it off the old awning. cut the old awning off at the top, removed the screws, and slid the upper cord off the rv. The light track slid out at the same time. Slid the new awning into the track on the rv, while sliding the light track onto the awning. Then slid the tube onto the bottom of the awning and re-installed the tube to the awning frame. Rolled the new awning up to loosen the straps, removed them and ran the awning in and out a couple of times, then put the screws back in to secure the awning. Good quality awning and we like the blue fade better than the original black. Hope we can keep this one away from trees when leaving the campsite.

Awning was very easy to install, and looks great on our camper. The material is very heavy duty and should last a long time. Everything fit perfectly with no modifications at all. I had purchased and returned 2 OEM covers prior to purchasing this one. Both OEM covers had lots of pinholes that you could easily see once the awning was up. After returning two OEM covers, I decided to try a different brand. This awning was packaged much better, was much lower in price, better quality, and had no pinholes or any other flaws. I will definitely order this again if there is a need.

My Solera awning lasted eight years before beach winds and sun finally forced me to replace the fabric. I chose the same color of fabric of the original Solera awning and the price was lower than expected. My order was shipped by a third party, but arrived sooner than projected. It took only 26 minutes for two people to install. It looks great and I hope to get at least eight years out of this one.

Not heavy duty. Thin. Hood rain will put a hole in it. Stitching on sides in one place, not entirely up the sides. Missing a lot of standard awning features. Is simply junk. Poor quality. Never buy.

This awning fabric was super easy to order and install. Went to a RV store to order the same fabric, they wanted part numbers off the old one. Then they wanted twice the amount for the fabric and an outrageous amount to install. This is the exact same manufacturer as I replaced and was going to order from the store. It took 2 hours for 2 people to remove and replace, most of that was looking for the screw holding the other in place.

Was a bit awkward to install with 3 big men. All went on well and the fit is actually a bit longer than our old Solera from the factory. We love that, though because the awning arms stretched out further and now they don’t bump my husband in the head when he walks by the camper. Color is great with no fading so far.

I was really concerned by reading reviews, but the material shipped and delivered right on time, there were no pinholes and or frayed edges. Really good product with fast shipping. What more could you ask for?
