I caught the rear awning support on a low tree branch. Damaged the extrusions beyond repair. So, this part easily fixed the problem. You just need a taller step ladder and simple tools.

We had bent the inner support bar on our awning and the part is not sold separately so had to replace the whole arm. The mounting brackets were bent upon delivery but ultimately didn't matter because of how ours mounted to the camper. Found a video on YouTube for Installation help. We had to have 3 people for Installation. My dad and I stood on the pickup truck bed holding the awning while hubs replaced the arm. The arm did not close flush to the wall like it had previously or the other but not enough for us to make it worth reordering another and installing another. Would have been 5 star otherwise. Overall the part is fine and installation can be done by anyone who know how to work a drill. ... show more

Perfect fit, easy to install and everything works as it should. Only issue was the top of the bracket was bent, maybe during shipping, however I was able to bend it back in shape.

Yes, I ripped one of the awning arms off my 2017 Keystone Passport TT. I googled for a while to figure out the part I needed and it was cheaper/easier to buy the entire arm assembly (minus the rotating head piece) then trying to rebuild the broken pieces in my existing support.
