DO NOT Purchase this Bike! I purchased this bike for my son on Oct18th 2025. The bike arrived to me by Fed Ex on Oct 24th. The bike did not work it immediately kept shutting off while my son rode it and then it would not start when turning key randomly. The bike was faulty from day one first ride! I purchased additional protection plan and when I called to return from Amazon I was told to go thru seller. Seller told me to return bike which I packed up and took to UPS and Fed Ex where I was informed that I could not return due to the battery in bike they do not ship batteries! I explained that I got bike shipped to me from seller. They told me seller had special license and insurance to ship battery product, I do not! I was told they must pick up for return. I contacted Amazon and explained situation that so felt scammed to make a big purchase and it didn’t work and I am unable to return! So I waited almost a month still waiting fighting with seller and Amazon for my money back. I am still stuck with a bike that does not work and can not be returned. I was also sent a shipping label for pick up by seller and still no one will pick up because of battery they must arrange pick up from my house and they will not! Then I was last told it would cost $1500 to have bike shipped back because of size of box and weight! I was in tears the bike did not even cost that much to buy! I have done everything asked if me and still I have not received my refund for this bike that never worked properly! I am a single mother and now my child will go without a Christmas because I was scammed by this seller and so far Amazon has not made good on their A to Z guarantee! I am devastated do Do Not Purchade this bike! If it doesn’t work you can not return it, and they do not tell you that before you purchase ... show more
