This bench works well on my front porch. I wanted a sturdy metal bench and while it is surprisingly light, it definitely feels very sturdy. Simple to assemble. The finish is quite well done. It’s a metal bench so it isn’t ultra comfortable without padding, but it serves my needs very well.

The bench is solid, lightweight, and easy to assemble. I'm an administrative assistant and I assembled the bench in less than an hour behind the reception desk in our office. It comes with an allen wrench which is the only tool you need. The bench is streamlined and elegant looking while also feeling sturdy, and being made of aluminum it will probably last forever out in the weather. If you have some experience assembling things like this, you can do it yourself in about 30 to 40 minutes. Two people make it easier. Excellent, extruded aluminum pieces, pre-drilled and tapped. You only need an Allen wrench which comes with the bench parts. It weighs about 25 to 30 lbs, and is easily handled. This is a very attractive, if minimalist bench. Dark gray with some sort of coating. Aluminum won't rust, and the bench will require very minimal maintenance, some surface cleaning. It came about one week earlier than Amazon said it would.
