I normally buy the SOLE Medium shoe inserts as they were highly recommended by my podiatrist for my arch (or lack of) issues and love them. The only store in town that sold them recently closed, so I had to start ordering them online. I accidentally ordered them with the Metatarsal Pad - something I had never heard of. Turned out, my feet felt even better! It felt a bit odd at first, which is how I discovered my mistake, but I chose to give them a try after reading up on what the pad does, and I am pretty happy with them. ... show more

Popped them into the toaster over for 3 minutes and slipped them into my shoes. They felt soooo good! Like them so much, I bought a second pair for my other shoes. The medium thickness was much better than the thicker Ultra version which I've been using for years. Wish I would have gotten this version sooner. More room in my shoes while also giving excellent support. I use both for walking and running shoes. It really does minimize the impact. Expensive, but essential! ... show more

    • I was skeptical, but these really helped me out.
My arches have been killing me for years while xc skate skiing on hard snow. After heat molding these in my boots, my feet have been feeling great! I did have to trim them a bit since carbon boots don't budge. I'm happy.

    • Heat Molding is a Gimmick
The heat molding doesn't work. I put it in the oven for 2 minutes and than another minute and the indicator never turned black. I noticed no difference after I "molded" them to my feet for 2 minutes. Don't spend the extra $20-$30 for the heat molded version

For a long day on your feet working, these insoles HURT. They're very rigid and have a medium height, but firm, arch support. My feet were killing me after wearing these, I would not recommend them.
