this battery has not held a charge for 5 minutes since purchasing and there is no return on it. wasted 700$ and no one will help. Even tried ordering the separate charging station to see if that would do it and again. Doesn't charge

Solved the problem of sudden power loss, where we had to pull the battery and put it back in to proceed 30’ at a time. A mobility center said this wasn’t a battery issue and wanted to sell us a new one. Well, no problem since installing this one!

I bought this in 2021 to go with the scooter. I'm having trouble and they won't fix it because it only has a year warranty. It's a rip off! I paid $500 for this stupid thing. It's not worth the money. Look into something with a better warranty!
