A process of melt-blending plastics with special additives is key. This process is more expensive, however eliminates the quality issues of cheaper manufacturing methods which result in plastics that generally last only a couple years.
  • FIELD PROVEN RELIABILITY: SwimEasys high-grade materials & specialized manufacturing techniques make the panel capable of withstanding the harsh conditions of a rooftop, in all types of weather, for 15-20 years! Each panel is subject to 40+ quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the final product. These same materials are used by some of the countrys most renown residential & commercial installers due to decades of proven performance & reliability.
  • HIGH PERFORMANCE ZIPPERED PANEL DESIGN: SwimEasys solar panel design maximizes heat absorption while minimizing the amount of heat lost by restricting wind loads from passing through each riser tube. Each collector contains 7 "zipper-seams" down the length of the panel. These allow the panel to be "unzipped" at multiple locations to fit around small roof obstructions, while staying zipped when unneeded. This functionality allows for installation flexibility while maximizing heat retention.
  • LEAK-FREE CONNECTION METHOD: SwimEasy utilizes heavy duty CPVC pipe connectors for making connections with PVC pipe. Plastic threaded fittings do not provide a secure connection and tend to leak quite frequently. SwimEasy contains no threaded fittings, instead making connections through glued slip attachments to PVC pipe, as well as grooved & barbed clamp attachments to durable EDPM rubber couplings (designed specifically for solar pool heating), creating a completely secure, leak-free seal.

I knew I could find cheaper panels in the market; however, I have decided to purchase this brand and save myself from further maintenance issues. I installed 8 panels and the system is in operation for over a month. Happy with the output. Please note the vendor hardly accept the return of any opened panels. So, make sure to purchase the number of panels you need and at least don't cut the strap! ... show more

This system doesn’t work. It’s unsuccessful and needs high temperature to work, so I don’t recommend this system, and I wanted to return this system they didn’t accept because they know their failure.

We purchased a 4 x 4'x10' kit and installed it to replace our previous 2 x 4'x20' system for a 21k gallon above ground pool. I set these up as two two panel arrays plumbed in parallel. The old system had all the water running through 80' of collector as it went down and back through each panel. We got heat, but there was *a lot* of back-pressure and the volume of water back to the pool was greatly reduced. With the new system the water returning to the pool has only passed through 10' of collector, but there is barely any reduction is flow at all. The water may not be as warm, but there is *way* more of it returning. The 1.5HP pump labored under the previous load, and is running much better now. I would say that we've seen daily gains of 4f or more, which is equal to, or better than, the previous setup. These panels also seem better constructed. We live near the middle of New York state, and we have always disassembled and stored the heater for the winter months. We are planning to drain and leave this out, probably with a tarp over it. Because I split these into two parallel arrays, we did need some extra connectors and end caps, but I would say that the kit was well outfitted otherwise, and the parts included were also of a very good quality. While there's still some work going on in the area I've included a photo of the result. The panels are tilted at about 27degrees, and the array is faced a bit west of south. ... show more
