I highly recommend this RV camera system to anyone searching for an easy-to-use duel camera system. Build quality for both the cameras and the screen are very good, and setup was extremely easy. The cameras: The very strong magnets on the camera units make them simple and easy to install. Trust me, these magnets are STRONG. The camera is not going anywhere once placed. The battery life for each camera is very good too. Our almost 3 hour drive hardly drained the battery at all. Obviously the most common use case for RV cameras are to mount one on the rear of your RV to have a view of what’s behind your RV. However, having TWO cameras enables some different use cases: 1. You can have two different camera angles you wish to have view of at the same time or toggle between. 2. If you don’t already have a backup camera for your tow vehicle or the backup camera does not show your hitch, you temporarily place a camera to help you hitch up to your RV. 3. You can use one as a dash cam in your tow vehicle, and the other for the rear of your RV. 4. If tow with a truck, and have things in the bed of your truck you want to monitor, you can point one at your truck bed while still having one on the rear of your RV. 5. For longer road trips, you can swap cameras when the battery is low on one. This will allow you to charge one while using another. They charge much faster than the battery gets used up. So you can theoretically never be without a charged camera. The included solar panels are a nice touch, but I would not recommend relying on the solar panels to keep the cameras charged. You will want to charge the cameras via the included USB cable before any trips. The solar panels’ main use case is to extend the length of time each camera can last in between charges. I don’t have any specific numbers to back this up, but in my own testing the camera batteries still drained faster than the solar panels could trickle charge them. However, this will obviously depend greatly on the amount of sun the solar panels receive while in use. The screen: The screen is the best part about this product. In the past, I have tried a camera that pairs with an app on my phone to view it. This was simply not practical because I use my phone for other things while driving (mostly Apple CarPlay). However, having the screen constantly displaying makes all the difference. Now, any time I need to, I can see what’s behind my RV with a quick simple glance. The screen quality okay, but nothing to write home about. It was advertised as 1080p, and while I can’t say for certain, it appears to my eye to be less than 1080p. The images coming in from the cameras are still pretty clear though. It is a low frame rate that looks a little choppy, but it serves the purpose of seeing what’s behind/around our RV. The included SD card is also a nice touch. My main use case: Since my RV does not have a place to mount the camera higher up in the rear, on every trip we place one camera on the rear bumper to view what’s behind us. The second camera is a floater depending on the situation. Since we tow our RV with a truck, if we have something in the bed of the truck we want to monitor, we place the second camera accordingly. If not, we use it to swap with the other camera if/when the other camera battery goes dead. Bonus use case: Security cameras at your campsite…You can easily repurpose one or both of the cameras as security cameras for when you are not at your campsite. The cameras can be hidden on your campsite (like in trees) to be more conspicuous. Just point them at your RV on each side and you can have full security camera coverage of the outside of your RV. You could even place one of them inside as well. Just don’t forget about them later. You can view recorded footage from the included SD card.

After the rear camera in my RV gave up the ghost, I discovered that replacing it would be quite expensive. I was able to find this voonoa wireless camera and monitor for considerably less than just the camera replacement of the old model. Using it is very straightforward and the result is terrific! So much so, that I bought another one because you can see two cameras on the same monitor with just the tap of a button. Or you can see the images side by side, which is pretty good. I use one as a virtual-rear-view mirror and have it magnetically attached to the top of my tow car. The other points down to the front of the tow car so I can continuously ensure everything is how it should be. Both the wireless signal and the magnets are strong. The surprising ease of installing it and using it, as well as the good price, is a winning combination, so they are highly recommended.

This camera system is excellent. The magnets on the cameras are super strong and they don't come off no matter how rough the road. The image is really nice quality, night vision too. Also the video screen displays the signal strength, battery level, and charge status for each camera. So you can monitor the health and connection of both cameras at all times. The wireless signal goes really far, in most situations you won't even need the antennas on the cameras. When I tested the range without the camera antennas on I still got a strong signal at 50 feet with obstructions. With the antennas I got around 100 feet with even more obstructions. I think you could use this system on a 53 foot semi trailer without difficulty, but I didn't have a semi available to test that. The solar charging works great, but isn't enough for 24 continuous use. With a full battery charge on the cameras, I got about 8 hours of nighttime use. It takes about 12 hrs in full sunlight to fully charge the batteries, more than that if the cameras are in use. So, starting with a full charge, you'll be able to drive all day on these cameras plus about 8 hours more after the sun goes down. Once the camera batteries run dead you have to push the power button again in order to make them 'pair' with the video monitor. Once they are 'paired' the cameras turn on automatically when the video monitor is turned on. It's a really slick system. The camera image is really nice, especially the night vision with IR illumination. The video monitor is nice and large, and the menus are easy to figure out with the buttons below the screen (not a touch screen). The only concern I have with this system is that the antenna connectors on the cameras are placed in such a way that they limit the angle that the cameras can be pointed at, even more so if an antenna is installed. Look at the photos I uploaded and you can see what I am trying to describe. This is a great backup camera system that requires no installation or wiring, even the video monitor has a cigarette lighter plug for power, an excellent for upgrading an older RV. This system is also a great solution for rental trucks, cargo trailers, dump trailers, boat trailers (cameras are not submersible, so be sure to take them off before launching the boat), anywhere you need a backup camera but can't install a power wire.

★★★★☆ – Great Camera System with Room for Improvement I purchased these cameras last fall for snow plowing operations and they performed well throughout the winter season. The image quality and wireless range were solid for my needs. However, by the end of the season, both units stopped accepting a charge. I kept the charging connections clean and free of salt buildup, but ultimately determined the batteries had discharged too deeply to recover. I contacted the manufacturer directly, referencing their 2-year warranty listed in the product description. The email correspondence was responsive, and the process was straightforward — I simply provided a short video showing the cameras plugged in and not receiving a charge. Replacement units were sent out quickly, shipped directly from the distributor rather than through Amazon. Overall, the warranty experience was smooth and hassle-free. I do like this product and plan to continue using it, but I have a few suggestions that I believe would make it a 5-star system: • Stronger solar panels – The current solar panels can supplement power on sunny days, but they aren’t strong enough to continuously maintain the battery when the cameras are idle. More efficient panels would make a big difference for seasonal or standalone use. • Auto shut-off when disconnected from the monitor – The cameras appear to stay powered on until physically removed, which drains the battery when the unit isn’t actively in use. An auto shut-off triggered by loss of signal from the base unit would help significantly. • Low-battery protection – A built-in cutoff to prevent the battery from depleting beyond a safe threshold would go a long way toward extending battery lifespan. • Smart solar charging logic – Ideally, the unit would use the photocell to initiate charging only when solar efficiency reaches a level sufficient to actually recharge the battery, while keeping enough reserve power to monitor the solar panel’s status. These are engineering-level improvements, but they would transform this from a good product into an excellent one. For now, it earns 4 out of 5 stars — the core system works well and the warranty support is commendable, but the battery management needs work for heavy or extended use cases.

Works Great. Took a few minutes to understand the instructions but once there, setup was a breeze. Was skeptical of the range. It worked great on the back bumper of our truck and the rear bumper of our Airstream. Was skeptical of it working thru the camper. It connected and worked great! We setup the camera so it could be moved between the truck and camper. I did not want to mount the receiver in the truck so I mounted a piece of white oak to the base and set it in the built in tray in the dash when needed. When done, it goes into the center console and the camera sits on the floor in front of if. I looked/searched for many months to find a setup that would work. This fit the bill.

Very easy install, great picture, but I don't think the solar part works at all. I wanted to leave this mounted semi-permantly up on my box truck. Camera hasn't been used in 3 days and has been in direct sunlight. And the battery only drains. Never Charges. Would be very good for towing and things like that. But for a rear camera on a big truck not so much.

Impressed! Very well packaged. I believe they thought of everything here, multiple mounting options to suit whatever application you need. Power via the included cigarette lighter adapter or hardwire direct to ACC/Ground to turn on when you start your vehicle. All of the components feel very high quality. Initial charging of the camera for a couple of hours, then let the sun handle it from then on. The included USB A to USB C cord is appreciated as we all transition to iPhone 15 and beyond. Monitor mounting solutions for windshield suction, overhead or flat surface mount, I really appreciate the completeness of this kit, many systems require you to adapt something or make a run to the hardware store to get them mounted. Power button and charging port (if ever needed such as if your vehicle was in covered storage for an extended time and not in the sun daily) are sealed and protected. The integrated mounting base for the camera itself is very robust with plenty of adjustment to get you the exact angle you seek. I think this would be an excellent system in a truck bed as well for always-on cargo view or a really perfect view on a fifth wheel hitch as you are hitching up or monitoring while driving. I am certain that you, like myself, have found that the factory cargo view camera systems (if equipped at great expense) quite lacking in utility. The camera mount is magnetic, a strong magnet too, equipped with threaded holes should you decide to mount more permanently or blind mount, as well as slotted surface mount provisions, again, they have thought of everything here to make this an all in one solution. The real kicker here is the word “wireless”. There are many camera systems sold as wireless, but while there may no wire (cable) going from the camera to the monitor, there are still wires required to power the camera(s) itself and you’ve got to get that figured out and I know many people aren’t comfortable with that, for you, this kit is the Easy Button you’ve been looking for. Crisp, clear image in the monitor, quick connection with no lag between what the camera is seeing and what you are seeing in the monitor. A full initial or from fully depleted charge on the camera from zero to full is approximately 4 hours, the battery on the camera would then last 24 hours in complete darkness, good thing the sun will be up long before that to take over keeping the battery charged up. The manual recommends a 2 hour charge to get you started but I went ahead and left charging the full time before my initial use, the camera has indicator lights to let you know the state of charge at a glance. Really like the added feature of the on/off button on the cigarette lighter plug, saves wear and tear from pulling it out, also has a pass thru USB C port to power other devices. The user manual is complete and well written, the user interface on the monitor is easy to use and understand. I tested this to a very impressive distance of 120 feet away, and the only reason I stopped was a fence. The longest trailer that exists is probably a 55 ft so the range is excellent. Instant connect, no problems reconnecting when powering the monitor on/off which also powers down the camera. The range is so good I can also see some application for people with very long driveways and having their monitor inside the house on a 12v power supply. Highly recommend!!!! The wavy lines of the screen photos are a product of taking a photo of a screen with different refresh rate than the camera, the picture in real life is crystal clear.
