Just received theme I usually wear a 8.5 wide to a 9. According to the size guide, I should be size 7 however, I do not like super tight things on my feet especially since having bunion surgery, and my toe was hitting the edge. I was skeptical at first but after using these on a fishing trip to Galveston, I am sold. I wore them while surf fishing which can be very demanding. The shoes held up when walking through the surf, even when stepping on rocks and other hazards. I was shocked at how comfortable they were. They’re easy to put on and pull off as well as wash. After spraining my ankle last summer and then the same ankle again in the fall (much worse), nothing helped. I was walking like a 100 year old person, and there seemed to be no light at the end of the tunnel. These "shoes" have changed everything. While my ankle is still tricky, tires easily, and my walking is still not so good, wearing these shoes every other day has started to strengthen my legs and help my balance. I knew I should try walking barefoot, and these were the answer. When I go out of the house, I wear the "tennis shoe" style. I will be starting physical therapy next week (hard to find a good PT where I live), and hopefully one day within the not too distant future, I will be walking normally again. ... show more

Pros -Looks fine -Feels fine -Connect with the ground Cons -Material doesn’t breathe well and feet get sweaty and hot! -Toe box is too small We will see how it fairs after a couple of times at the gym which is my main reason for getting them.
