Purchased for a US Flag pole but I started to use with this Halloween decoration and works excellent. Quality: The product looks with enough quality and I think this item will be durable. Battery life: the light still ON almost whole night, just in the morning when I wake up around 6 I can see the light with less power. Probably the battery isn't enough for 10 o more hours. But still being a good invest to keep the garden iluminated. Ease of use: Just unbox it, assemble the light with the Solar panel and install. Water resistant: so many rains and still working as should be do. Solar Power: The Solar Panel charge the Battery properly. I love these and also love Amazon's order fulfillment. I got these so fast and was very appreciative because I was only visiting and wanted to get these in before I left on Tuesday. Amazon delivered on Sunday! It was so cloudy I waited till Monday but didn't get them in till 3:30pm and sky was still overcast. Monday night around 10pm, they were working. In photo they are on dim mode. The lights lasted all night into dawn and turned off automatically. These are the warm color not cool white. Packaging was excellent, optional heavy duty mounting hardware and fasteners included, short or long rod included and durable ground stake. I used the long rod. Very easy to assemble. Very well made. Love the note in the box, made by Entrepeneur college students determined to make an excellent product. I'd buy again. ... show more

So all indications say charge light with switch in on position. This really irks me to no end when the switch is physically a button that clicks when depressed. A 50/50 chance of it being on or off. You say - no big deal right? Well if the Engineer / designer can't make a switch (like others with solar powered lights) with an indicated slide switch to " on-off", then go back to the drawing board. Seriously people - either edit the instructions or change the switch! ... show more
