I have a home station and two OZ-S1-K2 cameras. The installation was very easy: the station is placed inside the house, next to the router, with a power and an ethernet connection. Both cameras were installed outside at the front of the house. The setup process is very straightforward, you just need to follow the instructions in the app. After that, I started exploring all the features of the cameras (motion detection, spotlights warning, recording, sound-alarm personalized, spotlights, etc.). I am still exploring all these features, but it seems to me is very intuitive and it is a fast learning curve to manage all of them. The audio and video quality, both in real time and in recordings, are very good. I did experience an issue with the cameras. After the initial charge, they would not charge again using the included solar panels. I had to remove the cameras, bring them inside, charge them using AC power, and then reinstall them outside. I gave this product 5 stars because I contacted customer support via email, and they immediately sent me two external solar panels to resolve the issue. They both love this system and feel very much more secure knowing who is coming and going, let alone keeping an eye on the kids while they are playing outside. Decent camera however, I cannot stress how bad customer service is. They will not transfer you to a supervisor. You have to wait until they contact you. The app will not work and they won't fix it. I spoke to 5 people and over 4 days waited to my issue resolved. Once I said I wanted a refund the contact stopped and now they won't answer calls or emails. This is more than annoying. ... show more

I haven’t set this system up yet, but based on the overall ratings and what other buyers mention, it seems like a solid choice. The cameras feel well‑made, the solar panels look sturdy, and the base station is a nice bonus since it means I won’t need a subscription just to store footage. A lot of people say the video quality is clear and the setup is pretty straightforward, which is exactly what I’m hoping for. These cameras were a good buy. I bought these cameras because they were on sale on Amazon and they were cheaper than the other cameras that are solar power. I had to contact the customer support number on the owner’s manual, and the first representative did a wonderful job of instructing me through the process of setting up the home base and logging into their app. I have been checking into the setting options and noticed that there is a 24 hour a day option for recording. Which was a pleasant surprise since the other cameras I own with another brand did not give me that option. Something else that is good about these cameras is that you do not have to opt for the cloud service, it allows video to be stored to a mini-SD card on the home base so no monthly charge. I have left the solar camera recording for 24 hours and it does not seem to be draining the battery too fast, still at over 75%. What else I like is that when you enter the app you can see all the connected cameras video at the same time. I take it from conversation with the representatives that this is a new product and they are working through some of the product issues. I did not get notifications under the 24-hour recording mode. I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought the two camera package and plus one additional solar camera. This was ideal to cover my porch, driveway and backyard. I installed 128gb micro SD cards in each camera to add additional local memory above the 64gb provided with the base station. The cameras are working well as advertised and customer service was very good and responsive in helping me with installation questions. Recommend using the QR codes provided to download the product manuals. If I'd done that to start, I wouldn't have had the questions I had.
