The gazebo itself is a good product. Easy to set up with one other person. My issue is with the manufaturer Sojag and their customer service or lack there of. I recieved this gazebo the first week of June. Unboxed the parts and one of the legs was damaged/dented and the roof panels were missing. Called on Monday 6/8/20 and emailed about missing and damaged parts. Got a response several days later stating it was no problem they would need purchase verification etc then they would send the new parts. Sent them all requested information then it was 6 weeks of emails and phone calls. Recieved the replacement leg on July 24 2020 and it was more damaged then the original. After several more emails on August 10 2020 was told by Sojag I needed to contact their US partner to get the missing roof panels and there was nothing further they could do for me. Thankfully their US partner was excellent to deal with. Roof arrived on August 24 2020. Overall I like the product, minus the dented leg but I would never purchase another product from Sojag just based on their customer service. ... show more

All of my issues were with Amazon scheduling with NSD Shipping company delivery was changed three times product came with damages but made do rather than go through the hassle with the shipping company again would choose any shipping company other than NSD ... show more

Parts missing dents all over it and holes all in the legs that we had to grind down so no one cuts themselves on it I would not recommend it at all I am very unhappy with this gazebo after getting it together it is not very sturdy and putting it together the screws are so cheap they strip out before you can even get it tightened I can go on and on but that’s a brief of it ... show more

    • roof screws and screw holes do not line up/ roof not very stable as is

The two professionals I hired to erect the gazebo had to purchase additional metal parts to ensure the roof was secure as the screws provided did not line up to the screw holes properly, and they were afraid that the roof would be unstable/unsafe. It took them over 9 hours to put the gazebo together. However I must say that after all of the improvising and time spent the final product looks great! ... show more
