This company uses FEDEX to ship its products and I had issues actually receiving my package. I waited in my apartment for the package to arrive to have the driver go by without attempting the delivery. Second day I waited in the apartment and no one used the buzzer to call me down. Ended up just waiting outside in front of my apartment and had to flag the driver down to get them to stop. Bed frame looks good enough in person, but the instructions to put the faux leather headboard aren’t very clear. My product did arrive with a few chips in the wood but nothing to cry about. The media could not be loaded. I love the way this bed looks it’s very close if not exactly like the picture, I was skeptical since it had no reviews so wanted to leave this to encourage you to buy this if you like it. The bed is sturdy and comfortable held myself and two other people around 110-140 lbs each. The only downside to this bed is it’s a little bit hard to put together definitely a two - three person job but as long as you take your time with the instructions you should be fine to do it. It also is a bit squeaky when moving on the bed but not too bad. The last thing is just a heads up that the bed comes in two packages maybe a couple days apart. Anywaysss the bed is lovely God bless! Bed arrived in organized boxes and was easy enough to put together. I wouldn't call it the highest quality piece of furniture I have ever purchased but it was not advertised as such either. I like that it is much lower to the ground than our hold bed and doesn't have the footboard so it is much easier to make up. The shipping was outrageous so I believe there was definitely some mark up on that so beware if you purchase from this seller and dont like paying loads for shipping. ... show more
