Great fit, super simple install (took about 15 minutes). Took a second to understand the instructions, but very simple and straight forward. I don’t love that the fit doesn’t line up perfect with the shape of the truck bed lines, but for the price it’s definitely a solid option. There are a lot of reviews on these type of covers that say install is tricky and fit is not good, but after getting it and installing I’m guessing it’s more of WHO is putting it on, not so much of a product issue.

Quick and Easy to install. 2009 Tacoma Hasn't let a drop of water in the bed since. I have not taken it to a car wash, but it's stood up to 2 major storms. That said, it doesn't line up perfect with the bed rails, and that is probably more so because of the Tacoma bed. It bugs me visually. But it still fits and seals, and I would imagine having it be a perfect rectangle allows for more makes and models. My biggest issues is that water does pool on it when it's parked on a level pad, causing visual dirt spots to accumulate. As well as when its fully folded up and buckled, the wind gets sucked into it and balloons up. Didn't do any damage, but it just doesn't look right or safe for it to be doing that.

The tri-fold hard cover does not fit a 2024 Tacoma with a 5ft bed. The clips do not fit in the bed rail system which I believe comes standard on all Tacomas now. That is the main issue which prevents the install altogether. The rearward clips are designed specifically for the bed rail system so removing the bed rail is not even an option. Also, the secure strap clips rub on the back of the cab, preventing the cover from being positioned correctly. If you slide it rearward so it won’t rub the cab, there is a gap big enough for me to put a finger through. They package a foam strip thats sticky on one side, which the instructions state is only used on a Ranger. That could maybe fill the gap, but there is a zero percent chance the flimsy, sticky foam would last either a hot summer or a wet season. I know this is not an expensive tonneau, so I would have lived with the gap, but I at least needed this to clamp down front and rear.

The 2024 is a slightly different size bed than previous models. This fits. Like the flip up hooks holding it down. Easy to open and fold back. Took me longer than expected to install, and one adjustment was needed as is was rubbing against cab on the first install, but works well now. Looks sturdy and keeping everything dry underneath. Nice cover for the price.
