I have a LARGE older cat who just started having health issues that we're having a hard time pinpointing so we are making regular vet visits for monitoring. We needed a better pet taxi STAT. I have an old, large plastic taxi, but upon first use by him, he was collapsing out the bottom, causing all of the locks around the middle to disengage which was a bit frightening. So I had to carry it from the bottom like I was carrying a box. Due to my sadly underweight 15 pound cat AND the taxi, it was a challenge to carry by myself and navigate through doors. I had an old small pet taxi that he fit in, but it only had a single door, and I was afraid he'd fight being pulled out of it by the vet staff. He's always been friendly, but you can never tell what a terrified cat might do to someone's hands or arms. I found this highly rated soft carrier and was thrilled with all of the features. For one, it's MUCH lighter because I no longer need to worry about the weight of the taxi itself, and my 15 pound cat. Furthermore, I can easily use the shoulder strap to help me carry it, and it still allows me to use my hands. I found it comfortable to stand in a line at the vet's office, just holding the carrier on my shoulder as I didn't want to put it down on the dirty floor entrance. It's also larger than many so my large cat isn't crammed into a tiny carrier. It is sturdy and remains standing. It doesn't collapse on your cat. I like the multiple points of entry (sealed by a 2 sided zipper) for those difficult kitties who don't want to come out. This makes it safe for humans and cats. Finally, I like the washable covered insert so you don't need to use a towel which your cat hangs onto for dear life when you try to remove them. This was a great purchase!

I have a very sweet but big cat who needed to make a trip to the vet. I have several hard sided carriers, but none were big enough to accommodate my sweet boy. He weighs 22.5 lbs and is 19.5 inches long. I purchased this at the last minute when I realized my cat wouldn't fit in the other carriers. It came very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I like how the case can be opened from the top or side. It was easy to use. Top and sides opened perfectly and zippers seemed sturdy. It fit perfectly on the front seat of my car which made it easy to use for traveling to the vet. As far as stability, because of his weight it was a little off balanced when picked up using the handle or straps so I carried him holding the carrier from underneath. It also folds up very well and takes up very little space. It is my new "go to" carrier for vet trips!

This carrier works really well! I especially love how easy it is to assemble and disassemble, which makes storing it when I’m not using it so much more convenient. My cats fit comfortably inside and do great in it. It feels sturdy while still being easy to handle and transport. Definitely a great option for cat owners, especially if you want something functional that doesn’t take up a ton of space when stored.

I was actually surprised at the ease of simply unfolding it. It’s lightweight yet strong. Perfect size for Iris, the cat I adopted. Designed so the small animal has a view and good airflow. The only reason I just gave it four stars is I want to see its durability and how well it stays together, then I may edit review as for as overall quality. The price is perfect, as well as the convenience to use it in rush situations. I could care less about the colors. I highly recommend it for my 7-8 pound cat Iris

I purchased this for my son as he needed carrier for his indoor cat, for vet visits. This is so practical and very convenient! I read many of the reviews, in addition to looking at pictures and videos that were posted. Within minutes of my son putting it down on the floor, Leo climbed right in. He loved it! Leo is a very big cat and had plenty of space to move around. This was an excellent purchase at a great price!

Our cats travel with us at least once a week. My cat had what may be considered a small crate, the hard kind, but it was bulky and she likes being in my lap when traveling, even though she is in her carrier. I wanted to try this carrier out to see if we could make things more comfortable for both of us. I love it. At first she (my cat) seemed peeved about not having as much space to move around, but all the mesh sections and ability to open up the carrier from top front or sides makes up for it. She likes to ride with the top open most of the time but also seems to enjoy the security of the cozy space when in unfamiliar places. I like how the carrier folds up nice and neat when not in use, it holds its shape well when the sides are zipped up so it doesn’t collapse on her, and she gets plenty of airflow and area to view the outside from her safe place. If I could make any change at all it would be in the feet at the bottom of the carrier. They dig into my legs a bit, but as my husband pointed out- most people’s cats don’t travel as much as ours and not with the crate sitting on the passenger princess’s lap. 😂. That said, the feet have a nice non slip quality that I can appreciate even if it doesn’t fit my very specific uses. I love the pink. It for the description nicely. The zip pocket on the side is a great spot for harness, leash, snackies, or other tidbits. The handles and strap are constructed well and a nice length. All in all, this carrier is a win for us.

I was very happy with the purchase of this item. It was not over priced, had 3 openings & checked all other boxes I had. It’s not purple or any other pretty color, but I would buy it again & highly recommend it for the price & the quality of its design & build. My cat was maybe a bit big for the carrier, but she traveled very well in it, mostly staying in the darker end of it for our journey. I used the handles as well as the shoulder strap & suitcase strap & all worked perfectly. The end zipper pocket held the few items I needed it to. The removable board for the bottom was secure & didn’t bow at all. I think the only thing that could make it better would be to include some sort of temporary cover to put over the carrier to help make it dark. I will note, after calling the airlines (Southwest) & confirming their size requirement (larger than what is presented at their website) for a carrier, this carrier was 2” smaller (1” wide & 1” tall) than the measurements I was given but it did NOT fit under the seat in front of me. I had to push down & then forward on the frame of the carrier to get it under the seat, but it still wouldn’t go under more than 3”. A full flight & distracted stewards, they didn’t notice & we made it through 2 flights, thank God! As I shopped carriers, this one was average & more on the smaller size than most, so, beware of airplane seat space having been decreased! I added a couple pics, but didn’t have one of her full on inside of the carrier, & yea, sleeping on top of it was part of her getting used to it experience!
