Excuse the messy pictures!. I was keeping my eye on this set and I finally pulled the trigger because the other couches we had ordered from a furniture store came damaged. This sofa and loveseat set is even better than the ones we originally purchased for less than half of what we had originally paid. The white chenille color is true to the picture and the couch is soft and firm, the couch is comfortable and is not too short if that is your concern. I’m 5’2 and my husband is 6’0 and it’s perfect. I do recommend getting extra pillows if you like laying down on the arm rest or sleeping in the couch for neck support. They are sturdy, easy to assemble, and great for the pocket. I do have couch covers because I’m not so sure about how easy they might be to clean. 20/10 ! ... show more

We spent weeks shopping for a sofa set that was a similar size and color to our old worn out one and decided on this set. Unfortunately, the dimensions are wrong and both pieces are far smaller than advertised: total sofa depth is 30", seat depth is 21", arm height is 25", arm width is 5", back height is 30" (see photos- and the throw pillows are from my old sofa). My poor 70 lb dog can barely squeeze onto the narrow seat, and my head bumps the wall behind the sofa when I sit down because it's so short! The good news is I communicated to the seller that the listing was misleading, and their customer service was fantastic (Ellen) and they issued what I feel is a very fair refund. Furthermore, the set is absolutely gorgeous - the material is quality, it's unbelievably firm and comfortable, it was easy to assemble, and I love that it can be disassembled and moved anywhere. If it wasn't so tiny it would be a dream. Not sure why people complained about the quality and the customer service, because I found both to be superior. If you're ok something much smaller than a standard size sofa set, this is definitely a great choice! ... show more

This set is perfect for a small apartment. It is very supportive and firm. I had wonderful communications with the seller who was extremely helpful during the delivery process. The instructions for assembly where also easy to understand and assembly took less then a few hours.

    • Bad couches & horrendous customer service

I unfortunately did not like these couches when received on the image it shows solid wood couches yet that is not what you receive. You receive a few flimsy pieces of squared wood & you slide them into each other. Easy to assemble but not solid piece nor decent quality. I tried to return this item & contacted the seller who was unfortunately no use. Why might you ask? I had tried to return the item however, it will cost me so much money. So i had contacted seller to provide me with a return label for a free return & they had me begging for a few weeks till they provided one. It was almost as if i was kissing their feet to be any use. I no longer wanted the product as it didnt meet my standards & cost so much to return. In addition when the free label was given they then advise that the cushions need to be vacuum sealed “as packaged” them intending to resell a sold item to other people. Do you guys not check the product prior to selling it?? They expected me to go buy a vaccuum sealed bags & the machine to properly seal them which they would cost me more money. Overall the seller had made the process so much more difficult to return an unwanted item. There was ten million road bumps in the way. Further more everytime the seller was contacted regarding the issue they kept insisting & giving me “partial refund” an item i had purchased for $618 they wanted to give me $120, then $150,170 200 & it was like we were negotiating to keep a garbage product & rob my money. They were extremely unfair. I eventually gave up & wanted atleast partial credit with the couches to remain with me. They were so problematic & unhelpful & with all honesty i do not recommend the couches nor the seller. Further upon that, youd think the couch bottom would not have holes but where the seat & couch back meet there is a huge gap where you can touch the floor. Poor customer support ive never in my entire life have experienced anything like this & do not recommend purchasing anything large from this company as you will be ripped off if you dont like it. ... show more
