I purchased the Vosker 150 model camera and the metal security tamper resistant case with it I actually purchased two of them never received the second one and never received my refund. The one I did receive worked as advertised when first installed for about two weeks until it rained for the first time. The Camera filled with water stopped charging by solar and the camera filled with water and completely stopped working all together. I have not been able to reach customer service as of yet trying the last two days with no response to emails or requests for call back it just rings in their end no one answers or called back left details of the problem and I am looking for a refund product does not perform or stand up to the elements as advised. I will try again tomorrow to reach manufacture if unsuccessful I am going to contact Amazon and find out why I’m unable to reach seller or customer service after leaving detailed messages and ways of contacting me back. This product is no as it’s advertised at least this particular camera isn’t what it’s said to be which is very expensive and not water proof. I liked how it worked up until it rained in it and camera filled with water almost instantly. I’ve uploaded two photos of how it was installed and a photo of the sealed gasket for power supply with water and dripping out of it with rust appears to be seen by eye. I will post again if seller responds but I’ve had no luck so far.

Everything I received was in perfect order. All parts and mounting hardware were there. Pretty easy install, just make sure you have a signal before securely attaching and charge the battery separately OUTSIDE OF THE CAMERA!!! The camera will not charge the battery thru the port. Also, if you use it with the optional long-range antenna AND the security box (both from Vosker) you will have to modify the box, and by modify I mean cut out a notch so the cable and camera will fit inside the metal box. If you don't use the optional antenna with the box, the antenna that comes with the camera will fit perfectly inside the metal box. Hope this helps and I hope the company will fix this issue. Besides that I'm pretty impressed as my property is pretty remote and I get the pics both during the day and night. So far so good. Thinking of buying another if this goes well.

I thought this was too good be true. I was correct. I own three of these pieces of junk. ALL THREE are non-functional. Yep - three out of three. All mounted on trees. I had one in Michigan and two in Florida. All three got water in them. The cameras don't work when there is water in them . Water came out of the battery compartment, the SD slot and the SIM slot. You can also see a photo of my camera lens cloudy with water. In addition, all batteries failed. I had to buy 3 external solar panels to override the batteries . I am in Florida right now trying to get these things working before I go back to Michigan. So far, no luck. I'm kinda mad at the company because what they sell you just isn't what you get. The problem is I don't want these replaced. Why would I? ***update*** Just returned from Florida after putting 2 solar panels on our Vosker cameras. NONE... of our 3 cameras work at all, even with external solar panels. I chatted with Vosker support and they told me they could do nothing unless I drove 18 hours back to Florida and then called them back with the cameras in my hands. So be warned their is no support for these cameras if they are in a remote location and stop working.

The camera is just a camera. My mistake buying it thinking it would have live feed at my remote cabin. I sure hope the picture motion detection is on point otherwise it’s a waste of money. The monthly plan should be free with purchase. It’s not a live feed camera.

This LTE security camera works as described! First off, the camera itself feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. It includes everything you need in the box, microSD card included. It is very easy to setup and start using. You must charge the battery manually before first use. This took quite a few hours, but it's to be expected. Make sure you charge the battery externally from the camera. This pack includes their security lock box and cable. These are very well made and make tampering with the device a lot more difficult. If someone really wanted it, they would need some special tools to get to it. Once the battery is charged, you're good to complete the setup. The app walks you through everything and the app itself is very user friendly. Because this camera works over LTE networks, there is a subscription plan you must have to use it, There is a 7 day Elite package trial which includes unlimited photos and up to 40 HD photos. When motion is detected the camera sends a low quality image to your phone - typically takes about 4 to 5 seconds to receive it. The quality of this image is low for most standards, but you can still make out what is going on. I have attached some samples of the lower quality images to this review. If you wish to see the image in high resolution, you have to request it. It will send the HD photo when the next communication is with the camera (so you won't get the HD photo right away). I have also attached a few samples of the HD photos, as well. The camera lens itself on this camera is not bad for what it is. It's not a very wide angle lens, so be aware. The camera quality on the HD photos is pretty good and the night vision works just fine. My camera has been mounted for about a week from the writing of this review and it has been at 100% battery ever since. The solar panel does a great job keeping the camera charged and active. It has been through rain, snow, frost, and even some warmer temperatures as well and had no issues operating in those conditions. All things considered, a camera like this is not for everyone. It is great if you own property and can't get a Wi-Fi signal there with other cameras. It is a little expensive if you ask me and then you do have to buy a monthly subscription to keep it active. You of course can retrieve all HD photos from the SD card if you choose, but that would require you to go to the camera's location to get them - defeating the purpose of having a setup like this. Keep in mind this camera does photos only - no videos. Even though I think it's a little expensive, I gave it 5 stars because it does work as described and it does do the job well. It all depends on the user and the user's needs. If you need something that you can just set and forget about, this is it!
