I like the brand. LOVE my new cutting boards. 4 stars only cause i don’t have all the info. I got it for the antibacterial quality of the metal side. It’s a brushed metal. The steel side is exactly what it looks like, the opposite side, for fruits and vegetables, is a textured plastic made from …. I keep thinking bamboo but not sure they say what it’s made from, but it’s a harder surface than most non-wood cutting boards so not complaining, will see how it stands up over time. I expect the pretty side to get pretty scarred up, not having any high expectations. Despite any of these observations, it makes an impressive, quality looking serving tray, great price, AND easy to clean (it’s a bit heavy).
