I read all the reviews and was hesitate but I am so glad I bought these! They are the perfect set of cutting boards. Light weight to push fresh cut vegetables into your pot with out losing them, easy to clean, and come in different sizes. They are unseasoned so you need to use a food grade mineral oil, I do this 4 times a year on my bigger butcher blocks and wooden utensils. This will keep them from being so dry and splintering or splitting. Also, hand wash do not submerge and soak in water or place them in the dishwasher. This will destroy your cutting boards! I purchased two sets of these over 9 months ago. They are still perfect. No cracks or breaking. I wash them by hand. I don't think you should put them in the dishwasher. I use them all the time and it's nice to always have a cutting board on hand. The smallest size is a little too small to be very useful, except as a personal cheese board or serving tray for a small amount of something. I plan on updating this review after a couple months use! First impressions though, these are nice and super affordable. I did clean, dry and oil them as soon as I received them. They feel pretty sturdy, and I like how thin and easy to store they are. I've cut on them a few times and so far still smooth, no splintering. They wash up easily, just be sure to dry after. So far they definitely serve their purpose and function as they should! One month update: I've had these right around a month now and they're still holding up great! I use them multiple times daily and no warping. 4 month update: Still no issues! I use the boards daily and no warping or splitting. It is about time to apply oil again, but nothing unexpected! ... show more

I bought this 4-piece set of bamboo cutting boards because I needed different sizes for prep and wanted to use the nice boards for charcuterie when we have guests. The variety of sizes you get is excellent—from the small boards for fruit to the very large one for meats. They also look very nice and professional for serving. However, I am giving them three stars because of the durability issue when washing. After I washed the large board and let it dry, I noticed it was starting to bend or warp a little bit. Bamboo is supposed to be durable, but it seems like these cannot handle a simple wash and dry cycle without deforming. They are great for serving cheese and meats, but for heavy-duty food prep that requires frequent washing, I am disappointed that they are not staying perfectly flat. ... show more
