I read all the reviews and was hesitate but I am so glad I bought these! They are the perfect set of cutting boards. Light weight to push fresh cut vegetables into your pot with out losing them, easy to clean, and come in different sizes. They are unseasoned so you need to use a food grade mineral oil, I do this 4 times a year on my bigger butcher blocks and wooden utensils. This will keep them from being so dry and splintering or splitting. Also, hand wash do not submerge and soak in water or place them in the dishwasher. This will destroy your cutting boards! Nice set of bamboo boards. Holds up well to daily use and has been through the dishwasher several times with no warping/cracking. Wood boards get expensive so this is a good option for replacing plastic cutting boards affordably. UPDATE (6 months) The large board, which we only ever handwashed, warped and cracked after a few months. Thin, lightweight, strong. I buy a set as housewarming gifts. Easy on knife edges. Very good choice for canners too. I wear out a set each year. But I mark them and use them as trivets. Have held up well even when I let them soak in the sink.

I absolutely love these cutting boards. I went from wooden to glass to these bamboo cutting boards. The glass cutting board dulled my knives so quickly. These are nice, lightweight, and get the job done. Easy to clean up afterwards.

If 0 stars was an option, that's what I would choose. I ordered this cutting board set. It arrived unsealed - with tiny splinters of wood shavings coming out of it. No amount of cleaning, sanding, wiping stopped it. All 3 boards were splintering. I reached out to customer service - who repeatedly called me the wrong name, despite correcting them numerous times. They replaced the boards. . .with boards that also had not been sealed. Once again, they are splintering. I am not new to wooden cutting boards. I understand how to properly clean and care for them. These boards came from the manufacturer like this. I will never... ever... ever order cutting boards from this company again. ... show more

good cutting boards but one of them actually split write in half while i was cleaning it off . only used it for a month or two prior to this happening. other two have help up so far at 6 months of use. otherwise great cutting bood, both look and feel
