This cutting board set has been amazing. The build quality is excellent, solid bamboo that feels sturdy and doesn't warp or crack with regular use. The size variety is great too, you get a board for pretty much any job, whether it's a quick snack prep or a full meal. Handles knife cuts really well without showing much wear, and they're reversible so you get double the use out of each board. Nice set of bamboo boards. Holds up well to daily use and has been through the dishwasher several times with no warping/cracking. Wood boards get expensive so this is a good option for replacing plastic cutting boards affordably. UPDATE (6 months) The large board, which we only ever handwashed, warped and cracked after a few months.     • The best set of cutting boards I've ever used, and they're low cost!
I do a lot of food preparation using cutting boards. These continue to lie flat, even after a couple of years of use. They haven't been worn down from my chopping. They can easily be cleaned, either rinse with water and scrub with a plastic scrubber, or use dish soap with the scrubbing, rinse and let dry in a dish rack. Previous cutting boards have warped, have developed mold (although that's from being put away wet), and they are often not large enough or are too heavy. These are a good size and you can have two people with cutting boards since this is a set of 3. To be sure, I did have an identical previous set break after five years, but these are so good I got another identical set to replace them. The use of bamboo is excellent. While not as pretty as a teak cutting board, they work better because they are light and you can clean them thoroughly. The bamboo seems to get back its shape even after years of use with sharp knives, one of the reasons bamboo is better than teak or plastic (both of which I've had previously). I don't expect to change from this type of cutting board for my food preparation. ... show more

I waited a couple months to see how they help up before writing this. At first glance I thought they would be bigger. The smallest cutting board is so small I don’t know what do do with it. I feel that the largest size should have been the medium. I’ve favorited the large one for several weeks and it has many knife marks in it already. It’s great for maybe a beginner household, but it’s not the sturdiest of cutting boards out there! But for the price point they’re pretty good. ... show more

I like the idea of using different boards for raw and cooked food, and bamboo feels more natural which might help avoid plastic particles. But the quality is not great. I put one in the dishwasher just once and it already bent a little, so it can’t really handle heat. I wanted to sanitize it after cutting raw meat but now I have to be more careful. It’s still usable but not ideal if you need something more durable. ... show more

    • Good quality boards that are easy to clean
I found these cutting boards to be of good quality. They are lightweight in a good way - easy to carry around and store in drawers but feel sturdy enough - don't feel cheap. The main thing I liked about the boards that they don't have a groove around the edges to catch drips (like juices from a tomato for example). In my past experience, the grooves make it harder to clean the boards effectively. And also the grooves make it harder to dry the board well leading to wood rotting and turning black. So I was specifically looking for cutting boards without grooves and these are perfect. The other small design choice that I liked was that the edges are slightly rounded. After hand-washing, these rounded edges make it easier to dry the boards well because only one point is touching the drying rack as opposed to the entire edge. I have had these boards for 2-3 months now. And I cook daily 2-3 times a day. They look as good as new, no splinters or cracks or stains. ... show more
