I bought this because it had the skies to help it from getting it stuck and gliding when using. The first time I used the other day the skies kept flipping up and no way to tighten them in place so therefore more of a nuisance than help with shoveling. was easy to assemble. did blow the snow but the direction didn't work very well. gave me a back ache seems to be a little heavy. The shipping box was in ok shape. The original product box inside was a slight mess. Batteries were loose inside to bang around just like the rest of the parts. Shovel does work and by all appearances as intended. Haven’t used with snow yet. A little concerned about the batteries. These are known to catch fire! Will hope for the best. Easy to put together.
