Love it! I knew nothing about e bikes and have not had a non powered bike in 45 years, so i researched and took a chance. I took with a grain of salt the more knowledable people than me who said steer clear of non-local support, Chinese made, etc. I’m looking for a bite to ride on the Greenway near me, not the Tour de France or to replace my car, so I know I don’t need a Mercedes, nor did I wanna make that investment. If you are a picky (subjective) person, here are the cons: despite the bike arriving in the box very carefully packaged, like others have said, this thing had one nasty scratch on it in the worst possible spot. Right on the main bar on the visible side as you look down. About 3 inches long – and I could not figure what possibly did this. Anyway, I touched it up with some flat black paint, and it does not draw the eye, though the scar is still there. Irritating for something brand new but truly no big deal. The bike is heavy. Getting it up stairs. (3 for me) into the house is no small consideration. Most of the critics state how you want a real light bike so you’ll use it more. I would agree with that, and you just have to make sure that having a big heavy bike like this is not a dealbreaker considering where you would store it, and how you would think to transport it. It’s not a problem for me. The instruction manual is decent, though poorly written by some bilingual Chinese person, almost comically at times. The instructions do not tell you how to actually operate the bike. Perhaps there’s something online I have not seen. 95% of it is intuitive, but there’s one thing I have yet to figure out where the bike just goes by itself. Yeah, you have to be careful with this thing as you learn to use it. I took it very slow, and spent a few hours putting it all together. Now the pros: this thing is really cool looking. There are a lot of bikes out there I would feel like a moron riding, but clearly it’s a personal taste issue. This one just looks like the perfect balance of being cool, but not trying to be too cool or crazy looking. The flat black with a few red accents is beautiful. And all the accessories that come with this bike are very useful, high quality, and important. Very impressive. The overall quality of everything feels very, very good. I’ve only been on two trips of 20 miles total, but it was fantastic. Feels very safe. The bike takes off. Very smooth and fast acceleration. I liked pedaling more than expected. You can peddle without putting much into it, at your own personal, truly comfortable rate, and still help propel the bike forward. Or not pedal at all. It’s so easy. On a wide-open straight Greenway with nobody on it, I got it to 31mph. I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong or if that’s as fast as it will go. It does not bother me, as anything above 25 miles per hour feels very fast on this thing. 15mph is a comfortable cruising speed. I’m tall and 220lbs, and it is a Substantial bike that gives a very comfortable ride. I’ve been very happy so far. Highy recommended. ... show more

Don't get me wrong with the three star review. This bike is a beast and worth the money. It has powerful motors, Shimano parts, good range, comfy, well built and sturdy as they come. The very first issue was with the assembly of the gooseneck handlebar holder. The adjustable gooseneck would not clamp tight enough even with my hammer drill. So this 200 lbs guy is doing 42 mph on a flat road, shuts it down, applies brakes and the handlebars slip a half an inch forward. No thank you. Bought another non-adjustable and replaced in a couple minutes. Front motor has a slight buzzing noise that the rear motor doesn't. Doesn't seem to be an issue (yet?). The back rack and mud guard needed some wrestling to sit straight. Third party controller, screen, usb port, etc. clutters the handlebars. This is less of a thing with proprietary ebikes from one manufacturer. Which brings me to my final point. Though I'm like a kid in a candy store, flying down the road at 35 mph +, I should have tried to find a USA made ebike, on sale, straight from a company's website. Maybe next time. ... show more

This is my first e bike though I have ridden bikes and motorcycles much of my life (70 years of it). It took a couple days experimenting with settings to get the bike working the way I thought it should. It has plenty of power with two motors running though I usually only use the second one if it need to get up a hill. Everything seems to work correctly but there are a few problems with this bike. First, there is no indication of whether you are running on one motor or two. This seems very stupid to me. Likewise, there is no indication of when your turn signals are on or when you headlight is on. Last, the front end of this bike is terrible. There is so much flex to the front end that I would recommend NEVER taking it over 20 mph. It shakes like a mother at high speed, so much so that I thought something must be loose but tightening all the front end bolts did not help a bit. If a mfg is going to make a bike with this much power they, need to provide the bike with forks that can handle it. ... show more
