In the past, I have only gotten no results from hemp or arnica on it's own. With this cream I got 12 hours of relief and I will use it all the time. I'm sure it is not for everyone but give it away if it does not work for you and maybe you can help someone out. I've spent the same amount for jars half the size so cost wise is comparable to me. I have lower back pain everyday after a walking cast due to it getting inflamed so I would just ice or try different creams which I prefer to medication.

Ive had 4 surgeries on my shoulder, 2 budging disc, this cream was the only cream that actually help nothing takes away all the pain but this is close. It helps instantly.... I brought twice went to buy again but there out of stock... Will buy for me and my father once there back
