I LOVE THESE socks. I am a horse rider and these socks allow me to ride more. I wish I would have gotten them a long time ago. Well worth the investment. The battery pack fits inside my tall riding boots. I'd have to unzip my boot a little to change settings, but I just keep them on the lowest setting bc that is all I need. The sock comes up just under my knee, I was worried they'd be too short by the measurements, but they are perfect. When I first put them on and walk around I can feel the wires a tiny bit, but once I put my boots on and get going the warmth is all I know. I wear women's size 7.5 and the Medium socks fit perfectly but on the snug side. Highly recommend this well-made brand. Quality throughout. they didnt last the entire football game but hey it was a Chiefs natiionaly televised so it went 4 hrs, I dod not have on high but they still worked well for about 2.5 hrs

Game changer

I use these primarily when riding my bicycle below 40F. I previously used ski boot foot bed warmers, which required running a cable from the cuff of my cycling boot into the shoe, and the batteries were very heavy. These socks are much lighter and warmer with the added bonus they are still warm wool socks even without the heaters on. I usually keep them on low and stay plenty warm. They also use the same batteries as the glove liners I use and the buttons to turn on/off and adjust the level are much easier to get at while riding. The one downside is they are socks and need to be hand washed. That being said, I can actually ride slower in the winter with these (and heated glove liners) and not sweat as much, because I don't have to ride as hard to stay warm. They need a remote!

Nice fitting socks, stayed up well. QUESTION: When you are fully dressed in hunting attire, how do you turn off, turn up or turn down the heat?????????? The batteries last long time in blue setting, I like that and only I charge the battery when I needed. The problem is sometimes switch change high or low without my desired. You don't want to set red if you do your foot will burn!! Watch settings color.
