I am always cold especially during the winter and these hand warmers have been a lifesaver. I love how they warm up quickly and keep my hands warm for a long time. I usually keep them in my coat pockets with my hands and they help keep my body warm as well. Besides keeping my hands warm they have some other really cool features. They have a flash light feature which comes in handy when using them at night. I really like that they can be used as a power bank as well. I've had to use them to charge my phone many times and it is nice to know you have this capability when away from electrical outlets. The hand warmers are really easy to use with a display to show the level and temp. They have multiple heating levels which I like because when I am warmed up I can turn it to a lower setting. I bought these for the chiefs game tonight where it was 15 degrees with single digit windchill! These kept my hands warm and cozy almost the whole game! I had these on the highest setting with both sides on and they lasted from 3:30pm- 6:15pm they charge back up super quick to! I have nothing but great things to say about these! We live in Northern MN where it's been as cold as -25* with windchill. I couldn't keep my hands warm while out playing with my puppy (10 month old Malinois). He needs exercise and training multiple times a day no matter how cold it is. He loves the snow, so outside we go with the chuck-it. I keep one of the "Hand Warmers Rechargeable - 14000mAh Electric Hand Warmer" in each pocket of my bib so when my hands begin to lose feeling, I can just pull it out and shove it into my gloves and I am so glad these literally keep HOT. So many options of one sided heat, two sided heat, low-med-high-extra high heat (1-4 levels). I left it on for several hours on double sided heat and forgot about them, and it only went down to 59%. These are great! I bought a second set for my husband who has had frostbite to his hands and feet making his circulation poor. These really help when his hands get too cold working out on the ranch, he also grabs them and they heat up SO FAST and help heat up his hands very quickly bringing back feeling faster than hot water or a heating pad could (we've tried those). Rolling these in your hands pushes for blood flow. I'm not an expert, but I do live in the VERY COLD, and i'm very happy with these. I use them daily.
