This product was exactly what I wanted. The pink pouch is nice and both sides heat up. Used a different rechargeable battery. Unfortunately the product battery is defective out of the box. So I have asked for a replacement. Return policy is confusing. I have to return to get replacement, but Amazon says don’t send defective battery. Then gave me label for battery return. Will update on replacement. Update: Replacement received timely. Works great. Love it!

If you have a circulation problem like Raynards like me, this is perfect!!! Great size, comfortable and the heat level is not too hot. In fact I wish it was a tad bit warmer. The price you pay for such great quality is impeccable. So thank you. It’s durable to walk around and do house work ride in the car go to an outdoor game or anything. Way better than gloves.

I love this thing. It warms up very fast, very soft on the inside, it does come with a good battery. It is and does exactly what it is supposed to do very well. That being said, I think this will help. 1. It is exactly what it is. It is made to put your hands inside of and warm them up, which means you have no mobility or can’t do things with your hands while they are warming up. Yes, you can alternate your hands or whatever but this is not really something to use to buy to do work in. It would be perfect for watching your kids football games, etc. it also has a long strap so you can hang it around your neck and walk around a campsite or park or Ren fest or anything like that. I am 6’ 185 lbs and the adjustable strap fully extended puts the warmer just above my waist like the pocket of your favorite hoodie. 2. I’m glad I happen to read the instructions cause this probably would’ve frustrating me if I didn’t know, but when you put it on high heat (the red light setting) it heats up to 65°, and then turns itself to medium heat (blue) on purpose. It is meant to do that, It is not a malfunction. 3. The battery is decent and I love that it came with it. The dimensions, length and width are a little smaller than my iPhone 15 (average phone size) and about half the thickness and pretty light in weight. As it says in the instructions, the hotter the setting the less time it lasts so if you don’t already have any more of these type of batteries and want to use this more than a few hours, I recommend having an extra. The warmer uses regular USB port and the battery that comes with it has 2 USB and 1 type C port. 4. The pocket that the battery goes in is plenty big enough to carry a second battery (of about the same size) plus some cash, ID/credit card and car keys (as long as it’s not a huge fob) or something if you wanted to.

This hand warmer is so convenient. My hands stay cold. I can sit comfortably and watch tv and not be uncomfortable. The quality of the material is excellent. It is thick and both my hands fit inside nicely. It comes with a strap if I need to wear it like a side bag just in case I need to use it as I’m out in cold weather so it’s very portable. I’m quite happy with this purchase.

I purchased these for my mom to keep her hands warm at night while she is watching TV, and not really moving around too much. She is 85 with a failing heart valve, and her circulation is not very good anymore. I thought these would be great for her. I already purchased a set of hand held hand warmers that she loves, and she uses them on her morning walk, but at night watching TV she won't use them, even though her hands get very cold this time of year… go figure. (2 Pack Hand Warmers Rechargeable,Portable Electric Hand Warmers Reusable,USB ASIN# B0BGRL51) The first thing I did was to charge the battery fully. It was at ¾ full when I received it, so I figured it shouldn't take too long to bring it up to full charge. I didn't time it but it definitely took more than a couple of hours, close to 3.+ hours as an estimate, which surprised me. Then I gave it to her and she used it and it kept her hands warm, without having to sit on them or keep them under her arms. BUT she didn't like the openings for her hands. She had to wiggle them a bit in and pop them out. My mom is petite and has small hands, and is very picky. They really don't need to be that snug around the wrists in the first place as they are heated. And larger openings will allow the accumulation of body moisture to vent out so it doesn't build up inside the warmers. Just a thought. So back they go, one day after arriving. I also figured that the hand openings might become unstitched over time from the wiggling in when inserting or removing her hands. I have small hands, for a man, and I had to wiggle my hands in as well. Oh well back to the drawing board. I can not recommend purchasing these or not. They didn't work for my mom, but they might be just fine for you or your giftee. But it does seem to me that they could be better made. I will just go with 2 stars because the warming function worked well, but I was disappointed with the battery charge time. I have several lithium rechargeable battery packs, 10k to 20k mAh capacity and I should have known that this 10k mAh battery pack would be slow to charge. And the seller mentions nowhere in their details about the battery recharge time, as far as I can see. Of course it's definitely not a selling point. So I don't know how long it takes to charge the battery from zero, but I suspect it takes about as long or longer to charge as it lasts when warming one's hands. The hand warmer battery pack has a line of 4 small blue LED's to show you the charging status. So if this is something you intend to use daily, I suggest purchasing a second 10k mAh battery pack, so when one is charging you can still keep your hands warm with the other battery pack. I suggest the (VRURC Power Bank 2 Pack, 10000mAh Portable Charger with USB-C & 2 USB Outputs,2 Inputs,LED Display, ASIN# B0BWMNCNZM, as of this writing they are less than $20 for 2x of them, good deal) **** And a note on ALL lithium rechargeable batteries. Rule of thumb. When you first get whatever rechargeable product you intend to use, first try it out to make sure it works, then charge it up to %100 percent, then use the battery to whatever its lowest capacity is. Then do that 2x more for a total of 3 times, then you should be good to go. Then every 3 - 4 months or so, make sure you discharge fully and recharge it to keep it fresh. NO MATTER what anyone says, lithium batteries can develop a memory when not charged and discharged when you first get them. This seems to be true of all the rechargeable lithium battery operated products I've purchased. From lights, to MP3 players to portable power banks. This will help you get a much longer lifespan from the battery. . The aforementioned steps are crucial for most power banks, especially those that give you a numerical digital readout. Charge and discharge 3x ensures that those power banks or whatever will give you an accurate reading.*** I guarantee you the if you use the previous steps you will get a much longer lifespan out of all you rechargeable lithium products. All lithium batteries have a total number or charge cycles that they can be usable before they start to noticeably degrade. I have messaged many sellers on that, and they will usually, but not always, respond with the number of charge cycles the battery is expected to have. And if you have something that shuts off when the battery is low, don't turn it back on again and again to milk a few more minutes out of it, that will deteriorate the battery. I learned that from some rechargeable shop lights and bike lights I purchased and kept turning them back on after they shut off from a low battery. But sometimes you're just gonna get a defective battery. Just input and a bit of advice from a fellow shopper who has had to deal with rechargeable electronics, tools… etc. when they unexpectedly stop holding or taking a full charge. My electric toothbrush is 2 years old and going strong. My Norelco electric rechargeable shaver is about 12 years old with NO signs of slowing down. And I use the above mentioned steps on all of my rechargeable lithium battery products. If this helped you in any way, give me a shout out. Isn't better to have a thorough review with more than just one line stating "It's great" or "Didn't work" without any explanation as to why? 2 stars overall, I doubt I would purchase this particular brand again. Update: I am dropping the rating down to 3 stars because I found out, upon testing the power pack, that it is no where near what they had advertised.. The listing says 10,000, the battery printing says 10,000, but upon testing it, I found that fully charging it from so drained that it would not even stay on, to full, it only accepted 6,244 mah.. That is about 40% less then what was advertised.. I will say that so far, it has worked.. I thought that maybe it would increase in capacity with a few cycles of charges, but I am sorry to say that it was not the case with this one.. The reason I say that is because, I did get a air pump that was rated for 4000 mah, and the first full power cycling only gave a power charge of about 3,200, but after a few cycles, it did start taking a charge of just shy of 4,000.. It was something like 3,900 or somewhere around there.. Much higher then the original 3,200 on the first cycle.. But this one is not increasing like that.. Every cycle has had a rating of around 6,000 mah (plus or minus a little).. So I am taking one more star off for that reason. Original Review: The pocket part where you put your hands in is only limited on its heating ability.. Partly what makes up for that is the fact that it has a nice lining that helps insulate, and keep the cold air out from the side.. But the problem is, where they say the heating element is.. Well, that is the only place the heating element is.. What I mean by that is that if you hand is at the very top, or very bottom of the pouch, or even on the ends, there is no heat going to those places.. With my hands, I have large hands.. I wear an X-Large in mens gloves.. and this whole pouch is not much longer then my hands are.. Because of this, I would say that the heating element only covers abour 50% of my hand, and on one side only (since I would have to double them up, one hand would have to be over the other, so the other hand would get heat on just one side too).. There is not much extra room for me to get my hands into the pouch either. If I was wearing something like bike or weight lifting gloves.. Or even a thin nit glove, then I could still get my hands into the pouch.. But with larger gloves like work gloves, winter gloves, etc.. I would say to forget it, because my hands with the gloves on will not fit.. I guess this might be different for someone with a size small hand.. The material is nice and soft.. The thing does not take long to heat up either.. I kept mine on high, and it had a decent about of heat (where there was heat) to help warm your hands.. I like that it comes with a strap to carry it with you too.. But the one thing that I like the best is the fact that it has a universal power pack.. What I mean by this is.. You can charge it from a Micro USB port, or a USB C port.. and it has 2 USB A outs.. and since the output of the device is only 2.1 amps.. Well, that means, since the plug for this just uses a standard USB plug, if the power pack every needs replaced, then you can easily get a replacement for it.. Say if you know that you will need it for an extended length of time.. You can easily find a backup pack to supplement, and switch out with this one, when the battery gets too low, to make it run longer.. With the pouch on the front, you can keep all the accessories in that pouch, from the charging cord, to even a space battery pack, if you wanted to.. My biggest complaint about this is the fact that I do not think that they made the heating elements big enough, and should have made them bigger to cover more of the sides so that my whole hand, from end to end gets some heat, and not just the middle of the hand.
