I was quite skeptical at first but this thing truly impressed me! My backyard has gotten neglected for a while due to one of my vehicles is torn apart and blocking the gate. I normally pay my neighbor to cut my grass with his zero turn but since the gate is blocked I had to figure out an alternative. I’m disabled due to a back injury so I was looking for something either lightweight or self propelled and I saw this mower and figured I wouldn’t have to worry about gas or oil. Putting it together wasn’t bad at all. I was a little confused how to actually start it because it is refurbished so no owners manual was included. To start it, you hold the big red button down and they hold the bracket and let go of the red button. You can hear it start and it kinda sounds like a hair dryer on a medium setting but gets louder when it gets into some thicker grass. I set the height all the way up because I knew it would still be a little tough. It plowed fight through it and I tilted the mower in the really dense areas and kept going. It worked great for me and I’m very pleased with it. I’m gonna go back over it later on a lower setting. This mower is well worth the money!! ... show more

    • Not impressed... what a hassle and disappointment
Bought new off Amazon. Both batteries were dead on arrival and won't charge. Called the company and it's going to be 6-8 weeks to get new ones delivered to me because they are on back order. I strongly recommend buying another brand if you want to mow your yard this summer.
