My kitchen is all stainless steel and the nice stainless and glass display case goes well with the overall design of the kitchen. The knives are quality Mercer knives but very reasonably priced. Extra razor sharp edge and excellent build quality.

I was researching knives for my daughter and found these. There are several different models genesis, renaissance and zum, the Company mostly sells to culinary schools and I don't know why. I like them a lot, they feel good in my hand, are well balanced and EXTREMELY sharp. I have both wusthof and J.A henckels and i like these much better.
