I purchased this blade for my 20+ year-old Snapper lawn mower (lawn mower still runs great BTW). On the mower originally was a mulching blade which I didn’t like so I cut off the portion of the blade that blew the clippings down into the lawn. After 20 years and as many sharpening I decided it was time to replace the blade. I bought this blade in particular because it was described as “high-lift” but also because it’s mfg by Snapper. I had tried other blades from the Big Box stores that assured me they would work just as good as the original equipment. Not in my case. I ordered this Snapper blade and installed it just in time to mow my yard for the last time this season. What a difference! No vibration, clean cut, super suction for my rear bag machine. Perfect OEM fit, but wasn't very sharp (probably some politically correct "nannystate" safety reason) so quickly tuned it up sharpening station so it cuts my grass cleaner. Matching the remnant of the original blade, I was surprised to see how much the original blade had worn.
