After countless times over the years getting stuck while mowing my 4 acre spring swampland. I finally realized I needed to get some better treads on my tires and decided to give these a try and boy am I glad I did. They are worth every penny! I have a 60” Swisher tow behind mower that I have to pull out when the grass gets too high for the mower and I dunno how many times I got stuck in the grass with those useless turf tires that are standard on every riding mower. Even just mowing on wet grass and a slight incline I’d get stuck. These tires work like a champ through all conditions and even though they have an aggressive tread, they don’t damage my lawn. I did not try them in real swampy/muddy areas, that might be pushing it, but in very wet and high grass they get me right through. Got these on my Husquvarna 54” rider. Brought them to my local mower shop to have them mounted, make sure you let them know they’re directional.

I bought these tires to replace the stock ones that came on my Husqvarna. I suffered through those for a year with a pretty steep yard and could only mow when the ground was absolutely dry and in certain directions. If I would have known how good these tires were then, I would have put them on the mower day one. First, they were NOT easy to install and I have done tons of tires with hand tools. I took them to a tire store and paid $15 a piece for them to mount them on the rims. Well worth it. Then I had to adjust my mower deck because these were larger than the original tires - that was no problem. It actually gave me more clearance which is an added benefit to these tires. So I tried them out for the first time today after we had a 1/2 inch of rain yesterday and had zero problems. For the first time I was able to drive in directions and areas I couldn't before. There were a few spots that got torn up a bit but it was a combination of the damp ground and driver error and I am sure I will get better in time. I am positive it caused less damage than my old wheels did - which when they got plugged with grass made them feel like slicks. They also have more air pressure and feel like it gives it a smoother ride. I thought I was going to have to buy a new mower with a locking differential but decided to try these for the price. These saved me a ton of money. I really like my mower for the first time now. It was actually enjoyable to mow with these on it.

Tire is great quality. Tread is thick and aggressive. Perfect for rough terrains like what I have. This helps with traction and helps prevent wheel spin in muddy or wet terrain. Tire is directional so keep that in mind when changing. I took mines to Discount Tire. They can change out these rear tires no problem. Its the front ones they may or not be able to change out. They charge a lot cheaper than I thought for this service. You may be able to replace both tire and wheel for the price of one of these tires, but I promise you the tire (and its tread) that comes with that wheel is not even close to the same quality. Premium price but you do get a premium tire. It is worth it.

These are GREAT tires as a hybrid between ag tires and turf tires. I wish I could have gotten them for my John Deere 110, but they didnt make that size. They work great on the Husqvarna I have. Half my yard is a swamp, and the other is nice grass. With these, I don’t get stuck mowing the swampy stuff anymore, but it doesn’t tear up the nice turf I have in the the other half of the yard. Highly recommend getting some if they make them in your tire size.

I purchased these to replace the stock rear tires on my craftsman Z 5200 zero turn mower. They fit perfectly and work really awesome and aggressive. The installation was also not that difficult once I bought a kit with the tire irons and core removal tools. I have a decent sized hill on my property that goes down to a pond. Between the sprinklers, the rain, and the general presence of the pond, I routinely have decently moist soil and it leads to me spinning at least one tire any time I get anywhere within about 10 feet of the pond. I have gotten stuck several times down there when I test the limits of how close I can mow without needing to break out the string trimmer. When I was at my renovation site and ran over a nail, I used this as the perfect opportunity to upgrade my tires. I picked these because I was hopeful they would give me much better traction in the muddy areas. I’m not going through standing mud piles so I cannot speak to that. But, for trying to do turns on a hill that routinely causes me to get stuck and just spin my tires, this was a much needed upgrade. I am mediately noticed the difference in the handling when I made my first series of turns. It seems that my original tires were probably spinning more often than I realized when making even casual turns. Because I was very quickly made aware that my turns were now much rougher and sharper because I believe the tires have much better traction now and we’re not sleeping at all. So there was a slight learning curve in trying to ensure that a turn smoothly. In all of my problem areas these tires seem to have fixed the problem. They are not invulnerable. I have been able to spin them in some of my more problematic areas and was worried that I was going to get myself stuck. Also, I have not yet purposefully tried to get myself stuck in an area where I have previously done sell. But, with that said, these handled far superior to the situation. A little bit of rocking and jiggling and I was able to get out of trouble. Now because these tires do you have deep knobs and provide better traction, I did notice that if I’m not gentle they will tear up the grass a little bit. So I take Sherpa returns at a much lower speed now compared to what I used to do. Other than adapting to the superior traction, I think these were a great addition to the mower. Whenever these go out, I might try a different set because I do want to get to the point where I know I won’t potentially be stuck somewhere. But, these were the most aggressive I could find for my wheel size and I do not regret the purchase at all.

I have a 35 degree hill to go down and to climb back up ( 50 foot) long on the way up, my turf tires wouldn't make even make it up in dry grass, maybe a few times, it went right up with these tires . Even though the tire said NOT to exceed 22 pounds of air, I used 10 pounds which is about right. Just remember where mounting on rim there tires go on just one way ( they are directional tires ) which means they have to be installed correctly, there is arrow on each of the tire side wall ,make sure that arrow is pointed toward the front tires. My buddy has a shop where he has a tire changer and he took the old ones off and installed these. Charged me 15 bucks I gave him 20. Great tire walked right up the 35 degree hill. Best price for these was on was on Amazon, other sites wanted 30-35 bucks more for the same tire ,plus shipping. I'm a Prime member so shipping was free. Once I got down that small hill I have a little over a 1/2 acre to mow. which is level , these tires don't chew up the grass. I was impressed and the price was the cheapest around with free shipping. I feel no difference with the ride with these tires as opposed to the turf savers I had on before, the ride is about the same. Buy these if you have small hills to climb.

I searched for some time to find tires suitable for my terrain of yards I cut in my neighborhood and landed on these. The price was fair, but the quality and performance is unmatched. I use these for a residential craftsman mower at my house and I think I’ll be ordering these for my other mowers as well. They don’t ruin the yard (assuming you know how to drive a zero turn) and provide all the traction. They are a bid wider than the originals, but fit perfectly.
