I already have the big Snailax massaging station so needed something that fits into my office chair and having positive experience from the previous product, purchased this one and it fits into my big office chair just right! Pros: - Perfect fit - Good height, should cover up to 6' person's back easily. - Strong vibration with 3 intensity settings and multiple modes. - Heat is there for your back and bottom and the intensity is good enough, also comes with 2 settings for it. - Can turn on and off of different areas of the vibration. - Big plus is the grip on the back of this cushion, it is NOT slipper at all and stay on the chair the way you put it! Cons: - There's no con about the cushion itself except the LEDs on the remote, the vibration has 3 intensities and there's no indicator for it, you have to feel it to set the right one, same with the heat LED. I guess the first one is high, and second press is low! Verdict: The Cushion quality is very good, and it does what it supposed to do perfectly. I bought it for the wife so she could wind down after work. The vibrations are quite powerful and you can use the remote to choose different parts of the body use the vibrating feature. It also comes with a heat feature for added comfort. It also has modes in which the vibrations operate. This device is best used on a flatter surface like office chair, game chair, etc. It works on couches but depending on utter curvature of your back cushions it may dull the experience. It's not for deep tissue massages so if you're expecting that then this is not the product you're looking for. All in all I'd say it's a nice treat to have. ... show more

This is a wonderful device and really helps my back between sessions where I have to manipulate my disabled wife. Since I have no one to rub my back or apply balms or patches, this keeps me functional. My ONLY complaint, and this is a minor one, is that the heat setting is not targetable, so I have to turn it off earlier than I would otherwise because the backs of my thighs get too hot. It would be absolutely perfect if I could turn off the thigh heat and Target it all to my back. But the vibes are out of this world, and plenty strong and adjustable, and like I said, I just turn off the heat when it gets uncomfortable. Highly recommend! ... show more

I bought this product thinking it would be like a massage like advertised on the remote. It just has a weak vibration and it’s loud. No rolling or kneading motion. I cant tell a difference in the different modes. Pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to this. The heating feature is okay. Mine doesn’t get very hot, guess that’s a good thing since there’s reviews saying it burned their chairs or body. ... show more

    • Loud and not effective
The fabric is very nice but is too loud. I cannot use it while working and the massages are not really effective.

I am pleasantly surprised at how good it is for the price. Massager is great and I especially appreciate the warming effect. It gets hotter than I expected. Took one to the office and now all my co-workers want one.
