The massager is heavy, drapes around your neck and shoulders and down the front of your body. If weight on these areas of your body may be uncomfortable you may not wish to try it. I tried it and loved it, it took a few adjustments to get it just right for my use. after adjusting it for myself, it worked wonderfully, it massaged my back and shoulders helping to relax the tenseness in them. I use it two or three days a week and am happy to say that this massager has helped me maintain pain free range of motion through my shoulders.

This massager was amazing!!!! It felt SO good, I used it on my neck and my back. The heat is perfect. It feels like thumbs. But. It only worked for two hours and then it just died. It was delivered today and it’s already broken. The heat will turn on still but the motor does not turn. I am so disappointed because I was bragging about how good it felt, and I really needed it for my slipped disc in my back, it was like heaven for a brief moment. It’s too bad the quality is not there because it could have been a great tool for pain relief.
