I like how versatile this is to use. I find I can let it indulate down my back. It varies in intensity by the amount of downward pressure you apply on your wrists in the hanging loops. I have yet to try using this on any area other than my neck, shoulders and back, but you could certainly use this on arms and legs. Imo, the heat option is not noticeable at all. I would prefer it to feel warm. It is nice that it comes with the additional power adapter to use in a vehicle (cigarette lighter), but I am not sure that I will use that. I certainly won't use it while I am driving! It does shut off after 15 minutes. I guess the only negative is this is kind of big, awkwardly shaped & bulky, and not really attractive so you might want to think about where you will store this when not in use. For the price, I think this is a great investment in soothing relief of sore neck & shoulders.

When I first unboxed this fantastic heated massager I thought it looked like a horse collar and wondered how it would work. To my surprize, it workes quite well. The massager is heavy, drapes around your neck and shoulders and down the front of your body. If weight on these areas of your body may be uncomfortable you may not wish to try it. I tried it and loved it, it took a few adjustments to get it just right for my use. after adjusting it for myself, it worked wonderfully, it massaged my back and shoulders helping to relax the tenseness in them. I use it two or three days a week and am happy to say that this massager has helped me maintain pain free range of motion through my shoulders.

So I was looking to get one like one my sister got a few years back with some big plastic rings at the ends to grab to adjust how much tension you wanted. Wasn't able to find any with those rings. The vertical loops make it hard to grip since they're so wide and I have wide shoulders so my arms are really clenched when using this. The massage and heat does work well though BUT 2 other issues I had with it are that it's not rechargeable, so that actually renders the power chord as kinda short. Another issue I have is the buttons DON'T light up so you don't know what setting you're on with the heat, much less the massage type. For a no frills massager it's not a bad deal

So I bought this product because I work siting down and my neck is very tense somtimes hurting. I use it everyday when I get home on my whole body including calves and back . My shoulders are more relaxed my calves feel great. Sets me up for a relaxing evening. I enjoy it a lot.
