Works well, if I lean into it it hurts. The kneading is hard.I have a bulging disc at the bottom of my spine so I can't use it there. Unfortunately if I DONT set it on "full back " it still goes to bottom. I have to lean forward till it starts to move up higher so I can't relax,I have to be alert as it moves down. Im keeping it because it does loosen up my tight shoulder blades.

tl;dr - good choice for my unique use case I'm 5'6' and have had scoliosis since I was a child and it occasionally flares up. It's been especially bad since I had major surgery a week ago as I've had to recuperate in bed more than usual. I've been on the looking for a back massager to help and I saw this When I opened the box, I was a bit concerned that it was a bit too thick to lay on when on a bed but it just took a bit to feel comfortable. It worked very well for my lower back discomfort though I would have like a bit more heat. Otherwise, the back massager has plenty of settings including location, speed, vibration, and a timer I like its versatility as it works well in a chair, able to work my sore neck and shoulder muscles. So, will use it as a seat cushion during the day and massage therapy before I go to sleep I highly recommend this item if you have a similar need case

The media could not be loaded. I often have a sore back. I'm 200 lbs. I use these "chair" cushion rollers on a flat surface. So I lie down on top of the rollers. These have a nice feel. Not to hard. Good quality product. I think my other Snailax roller has a stronger motor. But if you are using this in a chair, then this is great! It has a cushion overlay on top of the rollers. BUT if you want extra hard, you can move the cushion away, to get more roller pressure. This also has 3 heat AND 3 vibrate settings. The vibrations are in the seat cushion, not on the back. The heat emanates from the rollers. (see video)

This massager allows you to massage your entire back at one time without having to move it from upper back to lower back. The overall heat also is a benefit. I like the power cord connector that eliminates a hanging cord when not in use.
