This product is absolutely amazing, it would make a great gift as well. I bought this with incredibly low expectations, but this quite literally relieved so much of my shoulder and neck pain. I made my entire family used it and everyone liked it. First time I used it, my muscles were not used to getting touched so I felt sore afterwards but the relief in a few days was incredible. It stretched my shoulders and neck so well. After repetitive use, I wish the massager would be a little harder. This is a great product and you should definitely buy it. I like how versatile this is to use. I find I can let it indulate down my back. It varies in intensity by the amount of downward pressure you apply on your wrists in the hanging loops. I have yet to try using this on any area other than my neck, shoulders and back, but you could certainly use this on arms and legs. Imo, the heat option is not noticeable at all. I would prefer it to feel warm. It is nice that it comes with the additional power adapter to use in a vehicle (cigarette lighter), but I am not sure that I will use that. I certainly won't use it while I am driving! It does shut off after 15 minutes. I guess the only negative is this is kind of big, awkwardly shaped & bulky, and not really attractive so you might want to think about where you will store this when not in use. This massager was amazing!!!! It felt SO good, I used it on my neck and my back. The heat is perfect. It feels like thumbs. But. It only worked for two hours and then it just died. It was delivered today and it’s already broken. The heat will turn on still but the motor does not turn. I am so disappointed because I was bragging about how good it felt, and I really needed it for my slipped disc in my back, it was like heaven for a brief moment.
