I don't usually take time to do review for any of my purchase but for money 20$ ok then! It came to my door in no time with box into another box, I don't get it. Anyhow, no need to assemble anything, plug in and enjoy, cool!. The neck massage section is nice but could be a little higher for a 6' tall guy and a bit disappointed that it doesn't roll up and down automatically. The back message portion is a bit softer then my old one but it does the job. The extra cover is a waste for me but I would like to be able to remove and clean a cover. It is a pain to move it cause or loose part sort of, the seat and the cord. It is nice to have a long power cord. I am satisfy overall, let see if it solid over time but the extended my warranty to 3 year. For a first I think the price is really fair for what you get compare with the competition. ... show more

This Message chair was a real nice unit and I wanted to keep it, but it did not fit the chair it was intended for. This unit is bulky and heavy as well. Not to say it is not a good message chair it is wonderful and worked well. You need a non-cushioned, high back chair for this unit to work. In the chair I was using I was sitting at the edge of the seat, and it was not comfortable for me and so I had to return this unit. I tried on my couch, but again you need something with a high back, maybe a recliner for tis to work. ... show more

Decided to give this a shot while I was waiting for my massage chair to be delivered, it’s by no means comparable to a multi thousand dollar massage chair (which shouldn’t be surprising), but I still found it to be pretty relaxing so I consider it to be of decent value at this price point (just don’t expect to be blown away). It doesn’t get the lower portion of my neck very well, near the trap muscles that connect the shoulders to the neck, but it does a pretty good job on the mid back area. ... show more

It’s not bad at all. It serves the purpose. I have an upper back pain. It relieves me somehow. The neck massager doesn’t seem to go to the lowest point that would reach the back of my neck but I played around with it and was able to get the part massaged. I put mine on the recliner couch when in used and it’s easier to adjust the angle to my comfort. And the auto mode is the best feature. Wish the massager could extend to the gluteal area. So far I would recommend this product! I purchased 2 one for myself and one as a gift to someone special! ... show more

The Shiatsu rollers are really aggressive…and I like deep tissue massage and Rolfing. Yeow! I had to put a double-folded throw over the back and then switched to the vibration and air seat/back mode. If you don’t like the feeling of being punched in the kidneys, look for a massage cushion with additional options! Which is what my chiropractor suggested, so I’m obviously not the only person who finds the shiatsu too hard. ... show more

Being an older guy still trying to stay active, my back usually is aching (along with most other body parts). I needed something like this, and after using my daughter's for a while and had to give it back, needed a good replacement. Works very well! Came with a cover you can put over it for a softer massage, but I like it without that. It has a 'heat' feature, but doesn't get real hot, just a little warm. The side air compression things were a very interesting feature. Really made it feel like I was being cradled in there. With the vibrations in the seat and the Air Compression (sorta squeezes you in cycles) you can feel the vibrations all over. You can get a bit closer to the back rollers without the back Air Compression on if a stronger/harder massage is wanted. Seemed to cover a larger back area than the previous one I tried from my daugher. Fit me well, my short wife may need to sit on a pad to get things in just the right spot, but she said it got her lower back well. So we shall see (got it yesterday), but so far I'm pretty happy with it. ... show more

Ordered this for my aching back...and I am so impressed! It has so many settings to customize what I need, has an easy to use remote and the heat function is heaven. I appreciate the ability to customize the neck and back roller location for my height. Great quality construction. It is portable, if a bit heavy (but there's lots of mechanics in there, I am sure).
