I tried it on an office chair as well as a couch cushion. It's easier to use on an office-style or dining chair with padding. I think the couch cushion absorbed some of the sensation. The massage modes feel great and loosened some of the tightness in my sore back. The heat felt good but I didn't use it much as it's too warm for summer. Although I have not had this long, my father (96), my grandson (12), and I (in between them in age), love it. The variety of intensities, targeted areas, and other options are very useful. I have a very large massage device that is very heavy, takes up a lot of room in the closet, and it is really sort of a nuisance. This device is smaller, lighter weight, and much easier to store, and yet it is almost as powerful and useful as the larger one. I have read reviews from people who would like longer straps around the back. I did not have that problem; the straps fit around the back of the kitchen chair and the straps are not necessary in my large La-Z-Boy (pictured) and loveseat. For those who have a problem, I would suggest to the manufacturer that the straps be lengthened and adjustable, but that is not necessary for me at all. The price is very reasonable, too! I use this in my computer chair at work. I sit for long periods of time causing my back and hips to stiffen up. This helps my muscles from getting so tight.

I have fibromyalgia. I was looking for a massager that wasn't shiatsu because honestly they hurt something fierce. When I received this I put it on my recliner right away and tested it out. The heat and massage is amazing. I love that I can use just the heat if I don't choose a massage feature. The remote allows for multiple massages and the timer gives you the option to have 15, 30 and 60 minutes and it works perfectly. I wish the straps on the back of the seat were larger. I can't secure it to my recliner. Thankfully, I have leather seats and the non-skid backing kinda keeps it from moving around to much. Also, I wish the seat was a bit bigger as well but honestly this is a great product and I recommend it. ... show more

We have the Memory Foam Massage Cushion with heat, model SL-262 M-G. As the Use and Care Manual with the device states you must read ALL of the instructions carefully before using the device to ensure no problems and ensures safe and efficient operation to the user. In addition, be sure to keep instructions for future reference. I have found this device works very well after getting used to all of the controls. The controls are easy to use as explained in detail in user manual. Each button function can operate all at once or on is own with its own individual intensity setting. Heat setting along with vibration stting helps my lower back get relief and the noise level is minimal. I have used it several times a week with great results. I bought mine in may of this year it now only July and this product does work I plug it it and it no longer turns on. Save your money they probably have things like this sitting in warehouses for months and years on end, and they sent me a defective one same thing happened with a keyboard I received sent it in put the batteries in. It simply doesn’t work. It’s been sitting too long I was able to send the keyboard back but unfortunately I’m not able to send this back because I’m a month out I haven’t even had this year. I wasted it up and 60 bucks on this item and it does not work please please please don’t buy it save your money. ... show more

Fabulous product! Several massage modes/vibration settings. Two heat settings. Has been tremendously helpful in allowing me to sit at my desk. I have osteoporosis, arthritis and fibromyalgia and use multiple modalities for pain relief, but had gotten to where I couldn't sit comfortably at all!
