A couple of years ago I purchased a smaller version for my wife to use in the car on long trips. It worked so well, that when we got a new couch I bought her one of these full-size mats. She let me use it and I liked it so much I bought one for myself too. The only real complaint we have is the buttons on the control. In the lower section, there are three that are gray, On/Off, Mode, and Intensity, and one red for the back heat. They do not light up and are impossible to read in low light. But once it's on and working you can enjoy a relaxing massage that can be adjusted by zone and overall intensity. There are three levels with ten motors, two each for the feet, leg, and upper back, then four for the lower back. The heat for the neck area has two levels while the back has one. The pad was very well packaged and well built. But I found that the massaging vibrations are weak even at high capacity. You hardly feel it and it does not feel like a massage rather discomfort. The heat feels slightly warm. I had high hopes due to the reviews but was disappointed

I bought this to help my backache. I had it on my recliner and it would help me fall asleep and relieve stress while I was working. My baby had acid reflux, so we couldn’t put her in the bassinet for some time because she would spit up a lot. The recliner with This mat became my bed during sleepless nights and it is very comfortable. Even now, it helps keep me warm during coldish nights when I’m rocking her. Vibration strength - weak. To me, it feels like if the vibrators were buried under 8 inches of thick foam mat, alllllll the way at the bottom and you’re laying there just barely able to feel 20% of the vibration power of the 100% they’re desperately working to send through up to you. Btw, the mat isn’t that thick, I’m just trying to illustrate what it feels like… Placement of these tiny vibrating things is crap too because I’m 5’6” and I’m longer than where it says it’ll reach from head to toe and wherever you select on the bottom half for it to zzzzzzzzzp you, it won’t quite be right unless you move up on the mat and then forget about the full body setting because now your upper half is all off placement. The only good things I can say this mat does is 1) the heat setting is nice but heated blankets can do the same and 2) the memory foam of the mat is sweet but would make for a better college dorm sized bed mattress topper than it’s actual intended use. Don’t buy it, idk who said this deserved 5 stars but that’s BS. I don’t usually review things or even care enough to complain but someone looking at buying this needed to know the straight up facts about this thing and not get sucked into the false advertising. I didn’t even bother returning it; probably should’ve but my god this thing comes in a large box and folding it exactly right to put it back in was a pain in the butt so fugget about it. ... show more
