So, it does what I hoped it would do, gives a great vibration massage (with heat if you want) which helps the body relax and be temporarily distracted from any discomfort. A few issues I’ve noticed in the last week of using it daily. One of the vibrating parts for some reason is sometimes very noisy. When I punch it, like the Fonz lol, it stops. So I’m thinking it just is an alignment issue or something. If only I could be fixed with a good singular punch in the back haha other flaws is that I have to put a blanket down over it, otherwise the pressure from the vibrating part(s) can be particularly uncomfortable in my lower back. I’m extra sensitive due to chronic back issues and having had surgery so my experience may not be the same as others with that. The other point, and this is more just a “would be nice to have” is different heating levels and a timer. It wants to shut off every 30 minutes and I’d prefer to have control over that and the heat level. Other than that though it’s a great device and does the job relatively well.

I got whip lash during a scary turbulent jet ride across the country. Pain from hip to head. So stiff and sore if was difficult to relax and find comfort. And feeling stress didn't help. After going to the doctor and physical therapy, I ordered this vibrating massage mat (thank you YouTube videos) and am finally getting some relief and comfort. Muscles are starting to be less stiff. Neck hurts less. Lumbar and sacral hurt less. Some of the modes enhance a meditative/ mindfulness mood and lower stress. This was a wise purchsse. I'm much more comfortable. Be sure and drink lots of water too flush out toxins. Vibrating massage lowers inflammation and moves lymph. It costs the same as two massages. It is not the same. I'm a massage therapist. But it works. And the heat placement is just right on. Highly recommend. Update March 2025 Still going strong. I keep it on top of my mattress and use it multiple times a day at night with the heat option. Best sleep aid. One of my smartest most useful buys.

This massage mat is awesome! It is well made and very comfortable. I like the versatility of using it in a chair, in bed or on the floor. I was skeptical of the quality of a massage in a mat, but it outperforms my expectations! The various settings allow for a targeted massage or a full body massage and the powerful massage nodes quickly relieve stress and tight muscles. The heat function is also very useful and the timer feature is great! My only disappointment is that there is only one heat setting (it's either on or off). I am generally warm natured and wish it had a low heat setting because when the heat is on, it is quite warm. I am very satisfied with the mat and have already recommended it to other family members and friends!

For $100 I expected a little more quality but it does a decent job at massaging and heats up nicely too. Shuts off automatically after 15 minutes though.
