I was so thrilled to be testing this product. I was shocked when such a large box arrived, but was extremely excited to unpack it and see that this massage pad was almost 5 feet long! The second thing I love about it is that you can use it, sitting up in a chair, in your driver seat, or as I like to use it laying down on the bed. It’s very flexible and versatile and comes with one elastic strap in the back to slip it over any chair. This vibrating massage pad has eight vibrating discs which run down the middle of the device in pairs of two. You get two vibrating discs for your shoulders, upper back, lower back/glutes and two on your calves. My favorite feature they’ve included is the ability to turn on and off each section of discs. I noticed, if I don’t align the massage pad just right then it vibrates my head instead of my shoulders so it’s very nice having the feature to control that and turn that section off. This device takes a bit of getting used to since you can’t move the vibrating discs like deep tissue massager and it varies person to person depending on your heights. Because I’m shorter the discs, hit my glutes instead of my back and hit my calf instead of my thighs. So you might have to shift around and vibrate the areas that you like since you CANNOT physically move the vibrating pads, you’ll have to move your body yourself. They do have 4 different vibrations patterns one which simulates the sensation of a shiatsu massage which tricks the mind into thinking they’re rotating and moving but they’re not. This massage pad also had a heating function but I’ve never gotten mine to work. Side note the plug in for this chair comes in the bottom of the packaging can easily be missed as it seems by other reviewers so be careful not to throw it away. The chair can plug into the wall otherwise it disconnects if you wanted to hook up your own car charging cord to use in the car from a cigarette light charger. (Doesn’t come included.) I’m also happy to say the remote control doesn’t need any batteries but feels cheap and lightweight.

Overall, I think this is a nice massage mat with some caveats. The vibration and heating elements work well and offer a decent massage of the muscles. The pad itself is comfortable and has many adjustable settings and vibration patterns to choose from. You can either target specific muscles or have the pad alternate and hit everything. The main thing I dislike about this pad is the placement of the vibration motors. The remote shows sections for shoulders, back, lumbar, and legs but for me these are all off. I am a taller man so maybe this would work better for someone shorter but for me, I can never seem to get the motors lined up to where they should be. If I adjust my body to target a specific area, like my shoulders, then everything else is off. This can be pretty annoying but I'll just have to turn on individual areas and readjust myself.

This looks a lot more appealing than its actual use case. Visually, its a big pad with built in vibrators around the entire pad. There's nothing wrong with that- its just too weak. I did not feel that the vibrations were strong enough or putting enough pressure where it needs it the most. On top of that, the heat was just not apparent for me. I could barely feel heat coming from the pad whether I place my hand on it or laying on it. It vibrates throughout and shakes the bed but because of the lack of pressure on my back despite laying on it, I don't believe it provides enough benefit to me as it should. It does feel comfortable though but there are other units that could do a better job and provide a more thorough massage.

Massages is truly something that as you age, you realized it's such an essential part to living. The daily stress and the wear and tear on your body definitely benefits from physical relief. In my home, I have two full sized massage chairs, two handheld massagers, and now I have this full body mat. Note that each of these equipment serve different purpose, and the full body mat's purpose is truly for relaxing and enjoyment when you're fully laid down. This can be on the ground, or on the bed. The power cable is fairly long, so it should be fairly usable as long as you're not terribly far from an outlet. The mat's remote is easy to use, and comes with an assortment of settings. There are two settings I prefer much over than the others, but it's definitely got a little something for everyone. The massaging function is vibrational, so this isn't a tap or percussion type, keep that in mind. With that said, prior to using it, I had some personal bias. Obviously since I am used to strong type of massage equipment, I didn't think just vibrations would do very much. I am so glad I was wrong and gave it a shot. Just vibrational massage actually is quite calming. Paired up with a noise cancelling headset, it's simply more enjoyable than I could've imagined. Simply put, it's fantastic value for what it can actually do for you. Design aspect I really like is how easily it folds, as well as the straps for stowing away and portability. This is great for yourself, or as a gift!

It is really nice and relaxing to use while reading, watching TV, or to use while working in a desk chair. It works laying flat or in a chair. It's not crazy powerful just very pleasant vibrations. The heat option is nice for a sore back. I like to fiddle around with the modes to keep things fresh. The cord has decent enough length to it for me. The controller is simple and easy to use, very intuitive. I like the velcro straps to keep it folded for easy handling and storage when not in use. It doesn't have a car outlet option. This is a nice gift to give or receive.
