I really like this shiatsu back massager with heat. It comes in a nice sturdy box that would be good for gift giving. The massage balls heat up nicely and quickly and give a nice deep massage. You can change the direction of the massage balls and you can also set a timer for the heat ranging from 15, 30, or 60 mins. I like the design of this massager and the material. It's made with some kind of memory foam for added comfort. There's even a little lumbar pillow that can be used for a little more padding between you and the massage rollers, or you can simply flip it over to the back side and let it hang there out of the way if you want the full strength massage. I like it both ways. I usually start out without the pillow and get a good deep heated massage, and then if my back starts feeling a little tender, I just flip the pillow to the front and line it up with my lumbar area and still get a nice massage without it being as intense. There's a little pocket on the side where you can store the remote. There's also a stretchy strap with a buckle that allows you to attach it to a desk chair or kitchen chair or car seat, etc. **Update** I was using this massager for the first time as I was writing this review, and about 20 minutes after, the massager quit working. I heard like a pop crunch kind of noise and it shut off and won't turn back on. I could feel a squishy bulge under the lining. I don't know what happened but I only used it for maybe a total of 30 minutes. The company does offer an extended 3 year warranty for a refund or replacement. I immediately went to their website support page and filled out the warranty registration and I'm now waiting for a reply. I'm hoping I can send this broken one back and get my free replacement. I'll update again once I get a response from the companies support team. **Update** 3/7/24. The customer care team is great. The massager can be used lying down or sitting up. You can use it on the lower back or on the neck, if lying down. There are multiple settings for intensity, heat and time. The massages rotate from time to time to really knead into the muscle. I enjoy using this daily in my office or just while rest. A good device. This only works with the charging adapter for 110v. This back massager provides a really effective Shiatsu massage. What also helps is that there are two levels of heating to help relax the back muscles. The hand controller is easy to use. The back support pillow is real soft and comfortable.

This back massager works very well. Just as described. It was easy to set up putting it into the wall. I really enjoy the deep massage settings on the portability. It’s sturdy but portable and enough that I can carry it up and downstairs multiple times as needed.
